Welcoming the Nikon D90

Do you ever wonder if you have a tendency to buy things on impulse? Maybe some will say yes, and some might have a good self-control.

For myself, I can say that I have good self control. But for once, I have failed :p On the date of 30th October 2010, I had bought something that I couldn't imagine. I always dream of getting one, but I never considered it seriously. Coincidentally on that very day, I had just attended Dzulq’s solemnization. On the evening, my friends and I went to Alamanda with the intention of buying gifts for Dzulq’s marriage on the next day.

As I was together with Budin, we decided to go into the Nikon’s shop. There, all hell breaks loose xD At first, I had my interest on the D3100, but the basic lens doesn’t come with a manual focus adjuster. This leads me to my original target, the D90 which the basic lens kit has the focus adjuster.

I learned that I can get quite a sum of discounts plus with plenty of goodies. The most important, I learned that I can pay it on installment basis with just a help from a credit card o.O

After a quick calculation on my monthly spending, I was sold xD So hence, I welcome the Nikon D90 to part of my collections :D Looks like I will have another things to look forward to, learning the proper way of photography ;)

Alive! Somehow...

Yay, I’m back! After disappearing for the last 4 months? Haha. Nah, I really didn’t went underground nor I was dead (unlike those malicious-intent comments on the chatbox >.> ) It is just that from December 2010 onwards, I once again changed my job. Yup, this time I had decided to leave despite only 5 months working with my previous company.

So now I’ll be working under the companies below:

Basically my job doesn’t change much. Still the same business nature. But this time the environment is much more hectic than before, busy as hell. But nevertheless, it is very enjoying and happening :) It has been 3 months since then, I’m still enjoying my time there. This time, the responsibility is a bit different. We are now working as a team, so it is important to maintain teamwork which attaining our goals ;)

Despite my current job is based on shift, which I will work 4 days and have a 4 days off, most of the time I spent on those 4 days off by sleeping xD Seriously, the motivation to continue blogging beginning to fade along the way.

Ah screw that! Now I’m back, so I will try to keep things updated. For those that noticed, my blog did went a bit haywire since I was playing with the DNS settings before I left the previous company, so it was redirected to a blank page :p But now I have fixed it, so hope it ends up well. But first of all, I must clear all the backlogs though xD Oh well, time to move on. Hope the spirits till continue. Until then, goodbye ;)

Enjoying the Weekends at Tiara Beach Resort, PD

Last year my aunts and cousins organized a short family trip to Tiara Beach Resort in Port Dickson for a 2 days and 1 night trip. Well, this was supposed to be our annual family gathering ;)

As for my family, my mum, sister, and the youngest brother attended the trip (and don’t forget about me >.> ) Besides us, the attendees were:
1) Pak Ndak and whole family
2) Pak Su and whole family
3) Kak La and Abg Saiful
4) Asyikin
5) Fahmi
6) Atirah
7) Aqashah
8) and the little sister of Atirah which I can’t remember somehow lol

Well, the main activity would be…… have fun with the water :D The place was unexpectedly nice but most water rides are meant for small kids only >.> There was also night activities during the weekends, so the customers will be entertained.

As for me, being a bit overcrowded in the room we rented had made me a bit discomfort with some still want to watch TV even at late night. As my limit getting higher, I woke up and just slept the whole night inside my car, peaceful and no one going to make noise >.>

Despite being a well made place, there was something that I don’t really prefer coming here during weekends. As Sunday arisen, the whole place was overcrowded >.< With very little space to play, I end up staying in the room until our time was up. To add more salt to the wound, going back would be another pain in the arse as traffic jams are building up all the way until the Port Dickson’s highway >.<

... and it is back! FC3S is BACK!!!

The Day When FC3S Hit Rock-Bottom!

After almost 6 months of recuperation, the FC3S is finally taking its shape. But this time, he is meaner and hungry for more menial action :D

Nevertheless, the FC not really in his 100% form yet. There are still plenty of things need to be added before it can go at its fullest. For the time being, we are took it for a quick stroll over Genting Highlands over a random weekend :p

It was Friday and neither Keisuke nor I visited Genting Highland recently, which means both of us had forgotten the corners and curves there >.< The result? Yes, we were touge-ing very slowly and painfully xD Although I have given my Ragnarok to my brother, buck heck I still need my fullface helmet for some vanity shots :p

What we did after being on top of Genting Highland for just over 30 minutes? Yes, went straight back home :p

The Day When FC3S Hit Rock-Bottom!

This is an attempt to clear some of the backlogs that I have kept for quite some time. First of all, please don’t be surprised by the title. Yes, the FC3S once again hit rock-bottom. This incident happened at 21st March 2010 during our outing at Sungai Tekali touge route.

The culprit of this incident, which obviously not the owner yet again, was Keisuke >.> The story began when Keisuke decided to met Hanz because he was using the FC temporarily. Hanz invited us for a drink in an Arabian restaurant somewhere near the Pavilion. So we chat for a while and invited a few Satria Neo gang over to Sungai Tekali touge, and we are off.

But 1 thing caught my attention during at the restaurant, Hanz were pouring tea to all of us. But when it came to Keisuke’s turn, the glass went crack itself! The scene was almost like one you can see on a tv drama when it comes to bad omen. Although I’m not a fan of superstition, but I can’t get rid of the feeling of uneasiness that swelling inside of me.

Anyway, we are off. Keisuke and Hanz rode the FC while I carried the ‘precious cargo’ with my Climhazzard whom are Keisuke’s wife and Hanz’s girlfriend LOL We talked about ghost stories while on the way and I can’t help myself to bring the glass-cracking incident earlier to the discussion. Yes they do notice it but just decided to keep quiet about it. Well, let’s just focus on the road then?

So we met with the rest of the gang and proceed to the destination. When reaching the Sungai Tekali touge, business as usual. The ‘precious cargo’ left inside my car for them to sleep while the rest of us were outside and had a 1-on-1 battle along the touge.

So it was my turn of getting into the FC. I prepped myself and we are off. I kinda noticed that Keisuke somehow being overly too excited about the FC new body balance after they installed the roll cage. As usual, I hate going to Tekali touge because 1 round is enough to make me goes dizzy, most probably due to sudden rapid climb and descend.

After our crazy outrun, Keisuke said he had enough and want to drive slowly next (yeah right). So one of the Neo members decided to take the passenger seat and off they went again. As for us, we just continue chatting with the rest of the friends.

It was then, I felt like it was getting too long for a normal run. I alerted the rest and they agreed with me. Then suddenly the bad omen premonition I had back then came back to me. I just can’t keep my heart to calm down and asked one of the guys to look for them. Then a car came from the hill while putting high beam towards us.

“Ok, this is really not a good sign at all” what my heart shouted. I tried to call Keisuke and managed to get through. Yes, to my expectation, I heard from his mouth “accident”. Well, nothing can’t be compared to what I felt that moment. Keisuke told me that they barely driving the car slowly and now nearing the place we gathered.

We patiently waited and Hanz went and get Keisuke’s wife about the news. She was so shocked and scared if anything happened to Keisuke (which wife that doesn’t?)

Finally, the FC was on sight, limping its way through. Well, at least I’m glad both of them were alright but the car is definitely not. Based from the outside appearance, this time around the damage is far worst than what Yazid had done before.

FC bodywork bends almost like a boomerang and with a little twist as well. Nothing else much to be done now. We slowly drove the car and parked the FC at the police station nearby so that we can pick it up by tomorrow morning.

Well, what a bad night and I didn’t expect that the bad omen earlier came true. Anyway, Keisuke gonna fork out the money by himself and since he just got his annual bonus, he might as well use that money for the repair.
But wait, is that money suppose for our scuba diving trip???? >.<

Farewell Ragnarok

Some say, there will be a beginning and there will soon be a farewell. That sums up to what this entry is. Due to bla bla bla circumstances, my journey with Ragnarok will now ceased immediately. Now the Ragnarok will be handled over to my brother which going to take care of him.

Well, this doesn’t mean I won’t see him ever again. Whenever my brother will come back home, then I’ll be seeing him again :) Hopefully my brother will take care of him like I did. Farewell Ragnarok. You have been a great Nakama :)

So now, what will be my next bike? :D

Aidilfitri 2010

Aidilfitri has come to visit us once again. As usual our normal routine, the “balik kampung” (going back hometown) exodus will be the annual activity. For me, this year Aidilfitri will be slightly different. Instead of getting together sharing 1 car and drive all the way to my mum’s hometown in Parit Buntar, Perak, this year I’m going solo. Yeah, for the first time I will go back to my mum’s hometown on my own, alone, adventuring my way through with Ragnarok =)

When my mum found out, she only said “I knew it” while sighing :p My uncle (which also a biker) warned me that this time around is not a normal traffic that I’m facing. The traffic will be massive than normal. Yep, I know, I realize the huge block of wall I’m facing to ride all the way to the destination. But heck, being a hardcore RPG gamer once a long time ago whom known for notorious undying will to leveled up my game characters way too much (self-proclaimed :p ), I see this is an opportunity to level up myself with tons of experience points out there :D Ok… now I’m making life is like a RPG lol

Nevertheless, this is an adventure that shouldn’t be missed. I had to buy a brand new saddle bag to equip with Ragnarok to keep all my clothes and stuff. The saddle bag is way neater and make the bike looks more elegant :) The journey itself, well, not too bad. Indeed the traffic was massive but somehow it was less than what I expected. Oh well. I started from Klang around 8pm and I reached there around 12.30pm without any drama.

So, what have I done during the eve? The collection of pictures below sums it all up ;)

We played UNO till dawn

We ate, ate, ate, and ate a few more :p

We went to Penang Island for a stroll

And fool around with cousins

And drank till stomach gloated

And only cared to be photographed with a bike :p

Well, it was fun and the weather was quite hot at the same time. I decided to cut short my holiday break and head back to Klang on Sunday. The traffic? It was God-like. The traffic jams started from Gunung Semanggol area (Taiping) and lasted till Slim River @.@ Well, lucky I was on the bike. I just rode on the center lane and took my sweet time riding through the traffic jams :D But the weather wasn’t forgiving enough. It was raining all day from where I started till I reached Klang @.@ Oh well, it was a memorable experience that I’ll never forget riding with Ragnarok :)

Finally, I would like to wish Happy Aidilfitri to all my family and friends. Hope the past mistakes or any bad things that I’ve done whether directly or indirectly can be forgiven.

... and the adventure doesn't ends there!

What would I do after getting my first bike? Ride like the wind~ :p The first thing I did was spending almost like RM2k for my equipments alone. But yeah, safety first. Screw any people that laughing at me for purchasing full-face helmet, riding jackets with padding, riding boots, glove and knee pads. At least if both of us fall, I can straight get up without scrapping my skins >.>

So far I had 2 long journeys with Ragnarok. One was the less-than-24-hours ride from Klang to Penang and back. It was pretty much an exciting adventure for me plus, during had the first time long distance during night @.@ Well, I just got news that my grandpa was sent to hospital in Ayer Hitam, Penang for an operation.

Started journey at 7.30pm and reached destination (mum’s hometown at Perak) around 11.30pm. I only rest till 10am the next morning and started my journey to see my grandpa in Penang. By the clock ticking to 12pm, I already warming up my bike and started my journey back. I reached Klang around 4.30pm. So yeah, everything in less than 24 hours. The aftermath? Strained both shoulders for few days LOL Lesson learned, next time rest properly before making a continuous journey :D

Next crazy journey was during the first week of fasting. All of the sudden I had the urged of buying fish crackers (in malay, Keropok Lekor) in Kemaman, Terengganu ;D So I posted my crazy plan in the biker’s forum where I always hang out. But in the one, one member decided to follow along with my crazy idea :3

My plan? Simple. We meet at Shell petrol station before the entrance of Karak Highway 7.30am, take a break at Temerloh R&R, and go to Kemaman all the way. Simple isn’t it? :p Here how we fared:
8.00am – Started journey
8.20am – Passed the Bentong tol plaza (ends of karak highway)
9.00am – Take a break at Temerloh R&R
9.20am – Continue journey
10.20am – Exit Jabor toll (ends of LPT)

From there onwards, we were just on cruising speed till we arrived at Masjid Geliga in Kemaman. As we rest there, I tried to call Ryosuke just in case he is still on the land. Lady luck were on my side as he is still haven’t got any order to go to any oil rig. So I called him over and we went to Haniff’s house to get shelter. My main objective? Hehe, to test the monster, Honda CBR600RR which I was scared to test before (last time I got no license nor experience handling big bikes >.> )

0 – 200kh/h is just a few seconds YEEHAAA, is just way greater than sex itself, I’m serious :p It left my knees shaking after the adrenaline rush, but nevertheless, it was damn fun :)

After a few more rest, then we bid goodbye to Haniff and Ryosuke as we continued our destination to buy the crackers. As for me, I bought the crackers enough to fill in my tank bag full xD We stopped by at Teluk Mak Nik beach a.k.a Monica bay to take some of the refreshing sea breeze before we went back :)

The refreshing sea breeze does give us back the strength to continue our journey back home :) But the sun doesn’t shine forever. On the way back, we were showered with heavy rain at Gambang area. It was hard but still we decided to proceed with our journey until we stop by at Gambang R&R.

Upon stopping, I quickly opened up my boots and let the water flowing out. I saw most of people were looking at me with the WTF face xD After making sure the boots dried up (at least), we continued our journey back. We split after we exited the Karak Highway and I end up taking the wrong way to MRR2 (I’m such a klutz -.- ) and reached home around 7.20pm, just in time for break fasting.

Anyway, it was a marvelous trip. Thank you to bro Iskandar a.k.a IISK in MBC forum for accompanying me those 600km worth of crazy journey xD

The Ragnarok has come!

Wishing each of my family and friends a happy Eid celebration :) Hope you guys forgive my past mistakes whether directly or indirectly.

Yes, this is a Yamaha FZ150i which I bought for my temporary use and at the same time want to practice and gain more experience on biking. This is a 150cc bike with Fuel Injection, which means save petrol compared to the widely use carburetor in most of the motorcycles you can find on the road. So far I’m loving it :)

The bike is fast and nimble. It is very easy to handle. A good beginner bike I would say. The major advantage besides fuel injected are bigger petrol tanks (less frequent visit to petrol stations) and water-cooled (comes with radiator like cars do). You want a good bike for learning and daily commute to work or even market, I recommend it :)

B License Acquired!

A continuation from the previous story, Climhazzard Gutted Down.

While I was rambling on how suck life was without any transportation, suddenly God decided to bestow me with a marvelous idea. Why don’t I buy a secondary mode of transportation instead? But buying another second hand old car, I don’t think I’m willing to fork out money for an old piece of junk unlike someone *cough*Ryosuke*cough* =p

So I kept on thinking, what else besides car? Looks like I was still at the God’s mercy. All of the sudden, I thought something that I never thought before. Why not I buy a bike instead? Yes, bike is cheaper to maintain, low fuel consumption, and the most important, no need to pay toll :D

But of course, there is one big problem, my parents that will against the idea. Just to remind, I only have the D license (in Malaysia, D license means for car) as my dad only gave me money to do the D license when I was 17 years old. Screw that. I’ll buy first, then talk later =p

The course

So off I go surveying each driving schools near my area. Mostly they will charged me approximately RM700++ just to add the B to my license (B means motorbike without power restriction) plus they only offered Virago as the testing vehicle throughout the course. Hell no, I don’t want to ride that old junk. So carry on, until I found Perfect Driving Academy which offered me RM598 for the B license and plus, they are using the new ER-6N! Instantly, I was SOLD! xD

The Kawasaki ER-6N

It was my first time riding a bike properly and it was also my first ever riding a high CC bikes (ER-6N is a 650CC bike) so I was quite unused to its raw power, plus the weight >.< The most difficult obstacle, the Bridge of course. The bridge was so small and maintaining a big, heavier bike on a small ramp for an inexperience (or should I say zero experience) person was darn difficult, plus it was the first obstacle to boot >.<

Well, with sheer luck and determination, the result:

Yay, now I can start looking for a new bike :D But most probably I’ll be targeting a small-medium size bike first as I need to learn and gain experience on biking. It won’t be an easy journey (plus with the expected harsh feedback from parents), heck I care. Time to unfold another new journey of my life ;)

Climhazzard Gutted Down

It was a bad dream comes true. Thou I wished that I would have stayed away from any kind of accidents, but futile. Road accidents comes without warning nor sign, and that what happened to Climhazzard.

I was on a 2-car convoy on the way to our friend’s wedding, Hafiz Jamal. While passing through the Sri Indah secondary school, a Perodua Kancil was making an illegal U-turn from the opposite way of mine. Initially after made the U-turn, the driver was already on the left side of the road while I’m on the right lane. Up to that time, everything was cool from my point of view and started to overtake the car.

But why on earth, there is no wind blowing neither animal on the road, only God knows what the heck the driver suddenly tried to change to the right lane while I was overtaking >.< The crash course seems imminent and inevitable by that moment. The car pinned me on my left side and at the same time dragged my car to the concrete barrier on the right side of the road >.<

The culprit

Dammit, this is not happening! This can’t be real! What on earth that driver was thinking? I only can shout inside my mind. As we pulled down on the left side, I found out that the driver was only a girl driver which still under P license (Probation) >.<

The kancil's rim can't withstand the impact

She called her brother to assist, and we reached an agreement to settle it ourselves. The next day I went to Proton to estimate the cost of repair. Upon knowing the estimated cost, that brother complained they don’t have such money. If that was the case then, I said we’ll make a police report and claimed the insurance, and so both of us did.

The full police investigation took around 3 weeks to finish and I won the case, means I can claim that Kancil insurance. For the trivia, I found out the Kancil was only a rented car ~.~

After 1 week later, finally my car being released from the workshop. Well, it does looks like new. But honestly, I’m not too entirely pleased or satisfied with the steering feedback. Oh well, might as well send my car to a reputable tyre shop later on.

Speedy recovery, but......

But seriously, the lesson of the day, although it sounds nice that you are claiming other people insurance, but the agony of having days without car is a pain in the arse, especially your work requires you to travel with car >.< Try your best to avoid any accident even though you are on the innocent side.

Moving On

As usual, busy too update (excuse haha). Anyway, the old update can wait I guess. For the first time in my life, I decided to change my career path a.k.a company. Yes, starting from July 2010 onwards I had tendered my resignation letter to my previous company and enrolled to a new company:

Literally, my new company is my previous company’s customer :p Despite that, work experience is not entirely the same. Being with the new company which specializes in deeper server’s configuration and management, I had to learn quite a lot of stuff. The amount of knowledge required here is pretty deep and I’m just barely made it x.x

Anyway, my new office in Klang and for now, I have moved to Klang and lived in a house provided by my employer. Many thanks to him for providing me shelter and at the same time taught me a lot about Linux :)

Aini's Wedding Ceremony

Rawr… busy as usual. But like the usual also, another old story update, hahaha. It has been a long time since we held a wedding ceremony at my grandparent’s house back in Perak. The last should be during my uncle (mom’s youngest brother) wedding which was a few-few years ago. This time it was my cousin’s turn since she is finally getting married.

As for me, I was busy and can’t afford to take much annual leave since I kind of already spent it during my snorkeling trip LOL. I had to skip the Akad Nikah (marriage solemnization) and come to the wedding ceremony day instead.

If the usual wedding, I’ll be sitting on the backstage and start washing plates and glasses :p But this time around, my role was a bit different. I’ll be the cameraman for the whole session. My mum managed to borrow a Nikon D70 from her office for our use :)

During the ceremony, I was snapping away pictures like mad xD I’m impressed by this so-called DSLR camera which totally different than a normal compact digital camera. Well, should add a DSLR into my wish list then :p

The ceremony went out smoothly. The crowd was handful. As for me that just got there after 6 hours journey with the train without a proper sleep, the dizziness is getting into me. After the ceremony, I went flat-out till night time where they are organizing a gift opening ceremony. They had to woke up me up because I’m the cameraman after all haha

Graduation Day

Yatta! Finally I have graduated! =D

Err…. Ok, obviously from the picture above, my graduation was on August 2009, so basically this is an old story =p But nevertheless, time to keep up my blog with my own life I guess?

For those that didn’t know (or didn’t even bother to know lol), I’m holding a Bachelor (Hons) in Computing, Business Information Technology. Such a long name, but the reality is, I end up working in the networking environment which has been taught during the second semester only xD

That is all about it. So far I have neither intention nor interest to further my studies. I just want to make more money for now =p

Open Water (OW) Scuba Diving Course License

Hmmm… I seriously need to update my blog frequently or lose my visitors… Eh wait, do I have one to begin with? Hahaha.

Anyway, I would like to announce to all of my friends out there that knows me and reading this very blog right now whether you are a guy or a girl. I’m going to take a Scuba Diving license and I would like to invite you guys that interested in getting one to join me. We will be doing the basic Open Water Diving Course. I have a few surveys and these are what I found:

I would like you to know, I’m quite serious on getting the license. Hence, I already spent a sum of RM729 on getting a Marine Pack for my Sony camera (empty casing only). A picture worth a thousand words when you are down there.

Yazid's Wedding

I would like to start with an announcement, I’m not dead yet, but a little bit too busy with the job. Nevertheless, I’m still trying to find another person to fill in the job. Until then, we will see how things going.

Anyway, I would like to congratulate one of my best friends, Yazid for finally realizing his ultimate dream, which is getting married, haha. He had his “Akad Nikah” (solemnization of marriage) on Saturday (3rd March 2010) and the wedding ceremony on the following day. A sole congratulation to him for leveling up to be a someone’s husband. Well, hopefully you guys will do well till the end.

Just a reminder, Naufal’s wedding will be at 28th March 2010, Hafiz Jamal’s wedding will be on 9th May 2010, and Dzulq’s wedding will be somewhere around October 2010 (to be announced later). As for me, nah, the time is still not yet as I still have lots of things to play, unless my mum decided to push the stop button LOL. A Visit to Bukit Merah Laketown Waterpark

It has been a long time since I went to a water theme park. The last time I went there was about 10 years ago at the Shah Alam's Wet World. For the record, I even never ever went to the Malaysia’s first ever water theme park, Sunway Lagoon :p Anyway, enough with the sentimental flashback shall we? :p

We decided to go there on the day after my cousin’s wedding at my grandparent’s house (I’ll post about it in the next blog entry). The place, Bukit Merah Laketown Waterpark, which located just above Taiping. The place was decent, plenty of water rides, but somehow they installed bumps along the tunnel which proven to be a mood killer.

I know their purpose might to slowdown the balloon rides, but it was too high. When people ride the water attraction, speed is the factor to the thrill excitement. But they just blew it. Oh well, nothing much I can complain except for enjoying myself with the leftovers -.-

Popping The Cherry

Happy New Year 2010!...... although it looks the same like any other day to me though, no difference :p

It was the time for Climhazzard to gone through a severe test on the road. I have decided to go uphill of Genting Highland, the well-known place to test vehicle’s pickup and brake efficiency since the road there is wide enough for any slight error if occurs (and where lots of people died there due to braking failure during downhill).

Well, I went up with you-know-who :p By our luck, the Genting Highland at that time was shrouded with a thick fog (or I guess it was the clouds). Basically the visibility was almost absolutely zero as going uphill became a nightmare. Nevertheless, it was a fun and valuable experience as it taught me how useful a car fog-light can be in this situation (as for those that installed xenon or white bright bulb, get prepare to be blinded lol).

The scenery when on top was breathtaking, with the wind blew hard and the very low temperature. It was the first time for me to be in this kind of place and I loved every seconds of it. I hope I can visit this place with this kind phenomenon again x)

Keisuke a.k.a Munzeer's Wedding!

This is a well-known disease that been spreading very rapidly during the school holiday, human mating season, or as known as baby-making process :p Ok ok, maybe some of us still doesn’t get my point so let’s cut the chase short. The thing I was talking is about marriage xD

I have no idea what these two guys plan to do, maybe bbq-ing the birds inside the cage?

So it was finally the time for one of my good friend finally tied the knot with his chosen one. The said person was Keisuke (Munzeer is his real name anyway >.> ) Finally he able to end his bachelor life and move on with life (or should I say moving ahead of us :p )

I weren’t available during his oath/swearing (or whatever you called it) since I myself were quite busy preparing to go back to my mum’s hometown since my own cousin is getting married (see, it is disease, told ya). But I managed to attend the ceremony for the bridegroom’s side, but as one of the volunteer for the ceremony. My assignment? It is an easy job, but with the most grueling work load with the non-stop stress-building and the one that will make the guests coming and queuing up like mad, cooking the lamb chop :p

In any way, I weren’t alone during at that time since Dzulq, Budin, Khaidir, and Yazid (he stuck his nose last minute right after finished his engagement with his chosen one, another disease in-the-making >.> ) Zul and Khaidir was busy grilling and barbeque-ing the chickens while Budin was helping out with the lamb chop.

It has been a long time since I tasted Munzeer’s dad home-made lamb chop. I really like the sauce that been made by his dad, simply original and tasty, unlike those lamb chop dish you can find in a normal western restaurant (exclude the high-class western restaurant okay? <.< ) Being together with a good food, I can’t resist to cook while eating at the same time, multi-tasking :p

and here comes our VVIP :P

Munzeer and Shikin (his wife name, if you still haven’t been informed) arrived soon later. Since this is just a small and simple party, there isn’t any kompang needed but just simply enter and greet everyone else there. Well, for us, had to continue our work to serve the guests making sure they are fed >.>

"WTF??!! You want us to prepare 30 lamb chops in 10 minutes for the bride and groom???!!"

Overall, it was a successful event and it went on smoothly. At last but not the least, congratulation to Munzeer and Shikin. Although seeing them together made me can’t stop reminiscing our playful childhood time, but I’ll save it later for another blog entry :p

What the......?! Grandpa getting re-married??!!!

Presenting.. my new grandma:

Ok… just kidding, that is my cousin (camwhoring) =p

This is a story where most people would give a “WTF?!” response upon hearing it, and the single guys getting depressed with envy and jealousy. Yes, it is true, my grandpa got married again >.< Well, the actual reason was getting someone to take care of my grandpa during if he fallen sick or just helping him doing his job. Nevertheless, most of my cousins were taken by surprise when upon hearing the proposal as they weren’t expecting to get a replacement for grandma >.>

Anyway, I myself didn’t go to the engagement day due to last minute notice. But I made myself available for the oath ceremony and the wedding ceremony, which each of the ceremony was held on Sunday (oath) and the following next week’s Sunday (wedding). To be honest, I don’t really have a significant role during the whole process, but as a camera man to record the historic day LOL

A Decade with the KTM Express Train

It should’ve been more than a decade that I last rode on an express train to my mum’s hometown in Perak. Due to my grandfather is getting re-married again, I’ve decided to come during the oath/swearing (or in my language, akad nikah) ceremony despite most of my families will come back on the next weekend where the wedding ceremony will be held (of course I’ll come along too).

Being a bit scared by how lighting fast our local express busses can go on the highway, I’ve decided to take the train. It is safer, relax, but took quite some time compared to express bus. The last time I took the express train was around the early of 1990s’ where there is no air conditioner for third class seats. I remembered that I enjoyed the most when opening the windows and enjoy the wind gushing in while looking at the outside panorama.

Nowadays, even the third class seats have been equipped with air conditioner, so you can’t enjoy the way I did during the last time. Nevertheless, it was quite a nostalgic feeling when being inside the train as it reminded me what I did when I was still small. Anyway, I’ll save the post about my grandpa’s ceremony later, but for now, here are some of the pictures I took during the adventure:

Today somehow I got the chance to blog although being busy with work as usual. I decided to stop by at the nearest Perodua and Naza/Kia car showrooms to take a look at the new car models which are Alza and Forte.

Perodua Alza, I can't call this a MPV?! It is a bit small and can be cramped especially at the back seat. Another moving-coffin in the making >.>

Kia Forte, absolutely beautiful >.< Kia has finally came our with a very competitive car which can fight the overrated and overpriced Toyota Vios and Honda City (shame on you, Proton). I just can't believe how many sophisticated gadgets equipped with the car, but the price is less than those 2 cars >.<

Seriously, I have a thought of selling my Climhazzard already for an exchange to get this car >.>

The Underwater League 1: Lang Tengah Island, Malaysia

The above equation would best sums up about me. The life after having own career, I slowly began exploring new path that I couldn’t take when I was still studying. Most of the loyal readers would already knew my last new hobby, Gundam plastic model a.k.a Gunpla. But this time, I present you, my underwater expedition :D

Before we go further, I would like to tell you a funny story on how I discover this new hobby. For the last 24 years of my life, the only seas I have been are on the west coast of Malaysia, especially Port Dickson and Batu Ferengghi. Geographically, due to west coast location just beside the Sumatra peninsular, Indonesia, and also the heavy traffic of the Melaka Straits, the sea and its beach were mostly shallow and sandy. Thanks to that, I have a mindset where any of the sea in Malaysia would probably look the same. This remain until I visited Terengganu to accompany my brother for his new university (please refer to the Kuala Terengganu Outrun post 3 entries earlier). For the first time I stepped on the east coast, it was simply Fall-in-Love =p

My first target is the Lang Tengah Island which located in Terengganu. It is just a small island which situated in between the famous Redang Island and Perhentian Island. But, we almost picked the wrong date to go there as the seasonal monsoon is approaching (expected monsoon to hit from November till March).

For this expedition, I invited along some of my hardcore friends (known for their notorious survival skills =p )Basyeer and Munzeer. It was a little disappointing when some of the other friends couldn’t make it to the expedition. Anyway, the show will go on like it planned to be.

We started our journey on Thursday night (15th October) using my car, Climhazzard. The plan is to reach my brother’s place at Kuala Terengganu before dawn. It took us around 6 hours to reach the destination and met with my brother as he will take care of Climhazzard while I’m away to the island.

We took a boat from the Merang Jetty which a few kilometers away from my brother’s place. In order to get to the island, we had to hitchhike the island resort’s speed boat. One way journey to the island cost us around RM55 per head, plus RM5 government tax (per entry to the island). It took almost an hour from the jetty to reach the island (lucky I didn’t follow Munzeer’s idea of rowing to the island with the raft we bought >.> )

After the touchdown, we had to do a little forest hiking to find a suitable place to camp (we are not allowed to camp near to a resort’s beach). Being unprepared and lack of sleep (I stayed the whole night driving, mind you), it was so tiring for me that I’m unable to think of anything else besides opening the tent and sleep inside it despite Munzeer tried to get my attention on something else >.>

The lady luck was on our side, there was an unoccupied beach just beside the resort which was divided with tons of big rocks. We set our tent there and sorted out our things inside the bags that we were carrying. Right after finishing the tasks, I can only think about bed, while Munzeer and Basyeer decided to do some exploring on the island.

While both of them headed out, I found myself unable to fall asleep, thanks to the constant falling leaves that making a sound like footsteps >.< Being alone myself on an unknown place, my body automatically increase my sense or awareness and hostility. Thanks to that, I’m unable to sleep till both of them got back from their expedition >.<

Right after they got back, it is time to test the water and our gears :D As we equipped ourselves with the gears and sun block lotion, we didn’t realize the blunder we made after we got into the water. It turned out that Munzeer and I bought a wrong type of sun block, which not made for snorkeling >.< So we end up being poisoned in the eyes when the water mixed with the lotion and gets into the eyes LOL Since our eyes are irritated with the chemical reaction, mission abandon LOL

After rinsed it with plenty of water, we decided to give ourselves a rest. As for me, I still can’t sleep for an unknown reason >.< So I had a little chat with Munzeer about the snorkeling equipments since my mask is failing on me (that’s what I got for being cheap, bought cheap snorkeling gears LOL). Tested Basyeer’s mask on me, somehow it fitted my face properly. As Basyeer was sound asleep, I suggested Munzeer for a test run at the sea with the borrowed gears =p

We went on and took a stroll on the beach towards the sea. It was my first time snorkeling and I truly enjoyed the view under the sea while snapping away pictures with our cameras :D Forgot to mention, for this trip, I especially bought two protective waterproof camera covers in order to do the underwater shoot. I gave one extra cover to Munzeer’s camera in order for him to take pictures with his camera too. Thanks to my new Sony Cybershot W230 that comes with Underwater Mode, it enhanced the pictures I took and made it bright and clear :)

Did I mentioned that this is my first time snorkeling? Munzeer ended guiding me too close to the deep ocean. It was the first time for me to see the unlimited wall of darkness in front of me, and also the deep and scary ocean floor below me just full of dead corals. Honestly, I got scared (as before this I only swims in public swimming pools) as the feeling of insecure and drifting alone haunted me. I quickly made an excuse to Munzeer in order to get back to the beach. You won’t believe how fast I paddled my way back LOL

On the shore, Basyeer was waiting since we took off without informing him :p So without wasting any time, we are going for the second round, but this time we bring the raft together with us. Seriously, having the raft felt more secure rather than using the swimming aid. Munzeer suggested us to go along the coast until the bay they saw earlier during their forest hiking. I truly regretted following his idea since we reached the bay around 6pm and it was getting dark >.< We had to walk with barefoot across the forest and I had my right leg bled from that.

Right after reaching our camp, we quickly started searching for woods to make fire. Despite bringing the fire-starter, we almost failed to light up the fire >.< In the end, we succeeded and ate instant noodles as our dinner. Surprisingly by 8.30am, all of us already went to bed <.< As for me, fell asleep quite fast as I didn’t sleep for almost two days now.

Second day, Munzeer again came up with a crazy idea, snorkeling while circling around the island. Basyeer okay-ed with the idea while I opposed it as it would be damn dangerous to snorkel especially at the open ocean side as the wave will be hitting the rock wildly. So they took off while I just spent my time relaxing inside the tent.

They got back around 2pm and decided to rest for a while too (they decided to fall back after halfway). Soon after, we all both went for snorkeling again. Despite only snorkeling just nearby the beach, this time we found the valuable treasure, which is coral. The spot we found has the most corals that we have ever found on the island. The place itself was around 2 – 3 meters deep, most probably was meant for scuba divers. It was truly a breathtaking moment for all of us.

As the night coming by, most of all are getting prepared our equipments as we need to head out early in the morning to catch the boat to go back. By 8.30am on the next day, the boat departed from the island with us, together with the memories which some we managed to capture inside our camera. But it is just too bad we can't make for the night snorkeling due to bad weather for both nights T_T

WTF? In the middle of the ocean, still got coverage! I even made a phone call to my brother. Maxis pwned Digi on the ocean.

We reached ashore around 1 hour later, my brother arrived and picked us up. The first thing I did, open the car’s air conditioner and enjoyed the moment. It felt like 1 month haven’t feel the cold air despite being only 3 days LOL As it is time to head back, we stopped on a restaurant for lunch. This time, we ate the rice like we haven’t eaten it for 1 year :P

Since we at Terengganu which famous for its fish crackers, I had a mega fish crackers shopping at Masjid Geliga, in between Kemaman and Cherating area. I think I spent more than RM100 on those items >.>

In any way, it was a wonderful expedition. The island itself is not bad, despite a lot of dead corals, but they still have some area where corals still live in peace and growing. Maybe one day, we will visit again the island to explore the place that we didn’t manage to cover in the expedition. Until next time, I’ll be looking forward for more adventure :)

Celebrating Eid 2009

Hmmm…. How long have I updated the last blog entry? 1 month++ I guess :P It can’t be helped, I was too busy with work, festival, and vacation trip. Oh well, I’m making up excuses as usual :p

Anyway, recently it was the month where majority of the Muslims celebrated the Eid after a month of fasting. That also including me as my family excluding my dad, went back to my mum’s hometown somewhere around the state of Perak. One thing for sure I hate during this kind of time, the amount of traffic was massive and overwhelming. The journey from my house to the destination took up around 320km of distance. But could you imagine traffic jams worth around 250km along the journey on the highway??!! >.<

The normal journey that supposes to take around 4 hours became 6 hours instead >.< Oh well, we managed to arrived safely around 7am. Since we are expecting tomorrow will be the Eid, everyone were busy preparing the stuff like cleaning, decorating, and food. As for the kids, just continue playing and lighting the firecrackers at night.

Finally, the awaited day has come! The guys have to go for the special prayer while the girls are just optional. The moment right after the prayer, it is feeding time!!! xD I think I just covered 1 month worth of fasting in just 1 day >.< Ketupat, Rendang, Laksa, Lemang, you just name it. After everyone is ready, we visited our grandmother’s grave who passed away last year. Right after the visit, I decided to pay my other late grandmother’s house at Penang. She also had passed away for quite some time now and her house currently being rented to a group of foreigners (according to my dad). Seeing the house made me felt a bit nostalgic, old memories seemed like dropping by inside my mind.

Oh well, time to head back for another incoming activity. This time around, my mum’s family decided to have a seafood barbecue. I didn’t help much as I kept myself busy with photographing during the barbecue haha. Despite on festive mood, but work must go on. Even during Eid, my grandfather still getting catering request from the villagers whether for weddings or celebrations. As his grandson, I need to go and help him on the site of course.

We went to the Gurney Plaza for a little shopping, dinner, and movie. Around 1am, we already headed home after hanging out around the Gurney Drive road.

Rough Sketch of the Incoming Expedition

I would like to take this chance to wish all my readers out there a Happy Eid for those that celebrating it.

I also would like to make a small announcement to all my friends that available and have a free time to spare. Munzeer and I are planning to organize a simple camping trip to Pulau Lang Tengah in Terengganu (there will be a possibility of venue change due to monsoon condition). It will be a 3 days and 2 nights trip whereby our main objective is to enjoy ourself to the max :p Well, as for me, my real objective would be doing snorkelling all day long x)

So far only three people confirmed for the trip which are Munzeer, his cousin, and myself. For those that interested to join, you can contact Munzeer or me directly, as soon as possible. Anyhow, I’ll list out below the sketch of our planning for your reference:

- Date: 16th October 2009 – 18th October 2009
- Will be leaving around 9pm via car
- Budget for transportation around rm200 per person (as ferry itself might cost rm60 for a return ticket

Nevertheless, food will our main concern for survival. Each day three types of meal will be taken (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Below are the sketch details about the food:
- Should to cover for 2 and half of days staying there (7 meals = 3 breakfast, 2 lunch, 2 dinner)
- Breakfast, bread + jam or nutella
- Estimated 2 loaf per person throughout the expedition (jumbo size)
- Lunch, maggi. Around 3 packets shared with 2 persons, or 1 packet per person per serving. Sardines, 1 can should be enough for 2 or 3 persons
- Estimated 2 or 3 maggi packets and 1 sardine can per person throughout the expedition
- Dinner, baked beans. 1 can should be enough for 2 persons.
- Estimated 1 can per person throughout the journey
- You can bring any extra food at your own discretion, but make sure it doesn’t be a burden

Water, the most valuble item for the trip. You are advised to limited yourself to consume 1 bottle per day. The detail as below:
- Will be using the 1.5 liter bottle
- Each person should bring 3 bottles (1 for backup)

Cow-Head Controversy: The Ordeal with MCMC

Warning! This entry will be in the borderline of safety level before the government decides to either to censored my blog or put me in jail.

It has been a while since I updated my blog. Although I still have a few more entries to put, I guess for now I skipped the rest and update them back later.

Last week was supposed to by my 1st anniversary working under the current company (09/09/09). But I guess it turned out to be pretty twisted and wicked experience in my working experience. For those that been following the local news, you should come across with the sudden decision of the Malaysia Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) to take action against Malaysia’s first online news portal, MalaysiaKini.com which is quite well-known. This is due to the video footage that they considered offended to some of the Malaysian.

They started to question and interview those that involved. This also including my company, which hosts their servers. In the past week, my boss was interviewed by them in our own office. At that time I still haven’t arrived at the office yet as I’m on the evening shift. Being the Senior Engineer, there was a possibility that I would be called by them since I handled their server installation, network utilization, and IP allocation. But I guess luck was on my side as I didn’t been called.

But nevertheless, I had to escort them later to the Internet Data Center as they want to gather the final evidence before prosecuting my customer. They went in about 5 people and took each picture of the server that hosted the controversial video and at the same time copied the video as part of evidence.

Honestly, I felt like this is a medium of harassment which is uncalled for. But most of us know, we are just simply too powerless to fight. Oh well, one score for the government then.

Kuala Terengganu Outrun

Recently my family and I went to Kuala Terengganu to send my brother for his university intake. He managed to get himself into the UMT, Terengganu University of Malaysia. Actually, it was my first time stepping into the Terengganu territory. So for me, it is more like an adventure to an unknown place =p

Just based on Google Earth and a friend’s simple guidance, we headed there blindly. For most of us, this journey was the longest we ever travelled compared to when going back to my mum’s hometown in Perak. We went there a day earlier and managed to rent a ‘Home stay’ apartment for a night somewhere near the capital.

The university was quite ok overall I would say. It is still new and looks clean, plus, it irritates me that the fact the student’s hostel are just behind the beach! >.< Damn… I wished my previous college located at this kind of place so that I would play at the beach everyday >.>

One thing for sure, there is no big highway to cross till Kuala Terengganu but only the normal town road. The thing is, those uncle drivers are damn inconsiderate and drove slowly at the middle of the road without giving a care who at the back >.< So, I had to drive like how Kuala Lumpur citizen would do, extreme speeding and godlike overtaking skills =p

But of course, the overall journey turned out to be quite over the budget when….

XXXG-00W0 Wing Zero Custom Gundam

This is most probably the most beautiful gundam that ever been built, presenting XXXG-00W0 Wing Zero Custom Gundam that specifically re-modeled by Hajime Katoki for Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz OVA debut. Despite the beautiful appearance, this model only comes with a Vulcan cannons, beam sabers, and blaster rifles (which in the OVA is a bit overrated) which looks normal and nothing special. This model marked a milestone in my experience, for the first time I bought a Master Grade (MG) model. As the name described, MG really lives to its expectation. The parts and its assembly are a bit different than the NG or the HG. MG Gundam always comes with an improved flexibility of its design. A normal HG or NG would probably can’t bend their knees and elbows more than 90 degree, but MG can. Plus, we need to build their inner skeleton first before affixing their armor. Amazing!

Thanks to this model, my can level up my experience. In this model, I learned a lot of new techniques. First of all, I can cut the parts smoothly without leaving any extra plastic. Then for the first time I bought and used the Gundam Marker on this model. Lastly, I learned how to affix the decals. With these, now my gundams will looks much smoother and awesome, but at the same time, take a LOT of time to finished a model -.-

An Evening Teatime with Myself

If there is anyone out there that were offended after reading my piece of mind below, I would sincerely apologize as all these are definitely a true stories that I would like to share with all. Whether you agree or disagree, that is up to you. I’m only trying to express my own opinion on these issues.

There is something that been running into my mind lately, keep on thinking, but unable to comprehend. It is not really a serious matter, nor local political issues, but only a whim about job and career. Finally next month I will move to a new milestone, one year working with my current company. Now my Curriculum Vitae (CV) at least showing my good and steady progression. To add the fun, my salary also will be increased and promoted as well. But of course, the responsibility will be much higher than before. Now I shall see whether I will able to handle the new hurricane of stress coming towards my way.

There was a time where I introduced my own friend to a customer since they are searching for people to fill in their vacancy. I knew my friend for quite some time already. The thing is, I didn’t expect him to be so bad in English communication. His way of communicating in English was practically too difficult to understand by anybody, including me. Honestly I was embarrassed in this situation. We have been doing countless college assignments everything in English, but then I came to realized that I actually never heard him engaging any impromptu conversation in English for all those years I spent with him unless memorizing the text when during English speech subject. Within 1 week, my customer had to tell me the truth, and with heavy feeling I had to tell him that he was unable to continue further working. It was devastating for me, but at the same time I wonder, what went wrong? Was the education system that needs to be blame when they are not educating people that English is an important skills that you need to master? Was the education system fault for not set a rule where each student must speak in English when in the school compound? As for me, I’m really grateful for the choice I made to further my studies in a private university college where English is 99% spoken. It helps me to develop the self –confidence during speaking and also improving my English greatly. Honestly, I can only wish for a certain group of people to realize its importance before it is too late.

Anyway, back to the topic, for the past few months I’ve been trying to scout a few of my friends to join me and work with the same company, for those that searching for job. I’m not sure whether it was just me, but somehow I felt like the mentality of my own friends really let me down severely. The most common kind of answers I received, “I don’t want to work with the private sector” or “No, I’m waiting for my JPA’s call up (government employment)”. Yes I know, when you are working with the government, you are practically secured, since you won’t heard any news in Malaysia where government’s staff being retrench despite the bad economic weather. But the thing is, it is well known to the local people that working with the government, you come at 9am, then breakfast till 10am, next lunch from 12pm till 2pm, finally at 4pm ask colleague to help you to punch out your card as you are leaving damn early. Another heart-wrenching phrase was “I only want a job where I can sit on my chair for the whole day”. I’m not saying all, but some. Yes, it is definitely an easy work lifestyle when you compared to a private sector companies.

Whereas in private sector, you’ll earn depends on how hard your effort. Yes, my mum been nagging me to take the government employment exam, but I refused. I felt the intensity of the private sector much more suited me whereby I seek those adventurous assignments and mind-boggling tasks. I’m not ready yet to let myself rot sitting on the chair all day until I reached my golden age. I’m still young, still got a lot of my youth energy that need to be wasted and gain that precious sweat of experience.

Few times, my close friends noticed that I have been working damn hard than any usual people, spoken to me. Well, of course partly because of money, no denying of that. But that is really not my main motivation from the start. The moment when I just got employed, I learned the embarrassing truth about my own race, especially that work with the Internet Service Provider (ISP), the one that been monopolizing Malaysia’s internet business. Their attitude and professionalism seriously being made fun by the other race counter-part. I know that any typical Malay would probably get furious and will start a racial fight with others. But as for me, rather than spending my bloody time of that worthless racial patriotism, I’m ashamed and at the same time witnessed the truth. That is why on that very point, I decided to regain back my honor, which already been tarnished from the beginning of my job. I worked extremely hard and slowly trying to gain my customer’s confidence on me, proving them that I’m not the typical Malay that they can find anywhere on the street.

Thank goodness, my effort wasn’t in vain. Slowly, the big customers recognized and acknowledged me. Some would even go to the extent of pulling me to their company instead. I really appreciate their goodwill, but as for now, I vow to keep up my job and serve the other customers. Honestly, I became quite well known between customers, and also the ISP counter-part where I pushed them all the time to do their work. Well, for the time being, somewhat I managed to survive. Currently, I’m slowly moving to improve and show my leadership skills as I believe that is important to guide the juniors working together and motivates them. It has been 1 year of new adventurous journey, but still, there is lots of thorn and blockage that I need to hurdle pass through. We will see whether I can grasp that wonderful smell of victory, one day.

Mmmmm… it has been a long time since I had a good food. A few weeks back, my company decided to have Japanese buffet dinner together. The dinner took place at Jogoya Restaurant at Starhill Gallery Kuala Lumpur.

I'm just too greedy =p

The restaurant atmosphere was quite decent and the food, I’m not quite sure as I rarely eat any Japanese food. So basically this was my first time eating at a Japanese restaurant (I ate some sushi I bought at Carrefour, but I don’t think that would count >.> ) Well, I guess it was ok as I don’t have any stomachache afterward lol.

Besides Japanese cuisine, they also serve western and also Chinese food. So I had to try those dim sums and herbal tea, but I guess the Chinese herbal tea was too strong for me >.< Anyway, the night spent there was worth it. Well, I’m looking forward to go there again. Hopefully this time I’ll bring a decent camera to take the picture of the foods, lol

GAT-X105 + AQM/E-X02 Sword Strike Gundam

Huhuhu, 2 gundam posts in a row =p This time around, I present you all the GAT-X105+AQM/E-X02 Sword Strike Gundam, piloted by our god-like skill, Kira Yamato haha. As some might know, this model appears from Gundam Seed series. The sword pack is one of the three back packs which are Aile Strike and Launcher Strike. The Sword Strike comes with Schwert Gewehr 15.78 meter anti-ship sword. At least this sword looks much better compared to the normal beam saber >.>

This is the Normal Grade (NG) model, so it was not difficult to assemble. Plus, this model also didn’t require too much panel lining, which is a relief to me hahaha. Overall, the model looks nice and the sword I can re-use it with other gundam’s model pose maybe =p

MBF-P02 Astray Red Frame Gundam

Presenting one of the coolest model I have, MBF-P02 Astray Red Frame Gundam. This gundam was built by using the GAT-X series as its base. What made this gundam cool is because the “Gerbera Straight” Katana that comes with it for pilot disposal. This gundam only appeared after the Gundam Seed series literally during the timeline. If anyone whom watched Gundam Seed series, you would notice the similar model during the battle between ORB and Earth Allince, the MBF-M1 Astray which used by ORB to defend their country.

Despite being a Normal Grade (NG), the parts and the flexibility of this model exceed any of the NG model can offer. The katana also was furbished well nicely with its wonderful sparkle. Overall, it is nice model to have in your collection. After I bought this, the Perfect Grade version of Red Frame was released with a staggering price around RM800 – RM1000 >.< I can eat 2 months worth of KFC with that kind of money >.>

The Ordeal

Wakakaka… I did it again, neglecting to update the blog =p Seriously, my life keep on going busy and busy no matter what I do. Maybe something is wrong with me to begin with, being too workaholic, or too lazy =p

Anyway, since I decided to do an all-nighter with a few works I need it to be done, might as well as update my ‘haunted’ blog =p This event actually happened early of last month. My grandpa once again got a food catering for a wedding ceremony somewhere around Shah Alam.

To make the story short, on the first day, the lorry that was suppose carrying the stuff, had a puncture in the middle of the highway. The best part, they didn’t bring any spare tyre neither the equipments. During a phone conversation me with my cousin, I could hear the ‘gorilla’ is shouting like a mad man (my uncle =p ). In the end, I really don’t know how the first day end up, I wasn’t there and I don’t dare to ask those that were there on that day >.> It must’ve been tough handling the raging ‘gorilla’ <.<

Nevertheless, the second day, where the actual wedding ceremony starts, was the day I went there to help with a bunch of my cousins. The ceremony that seems small but it turned out damn hectic due to unexpected second wave of guests stomping through x.x Most of us at that time were already on the danger-zone battery life, had to fork out every inch of our spare life in order to keep pace with the storm of guests >.<

It was suppose to be a relaxing night afterwards, but thanks to a genius who suggested for a midnight bowling match at Alamanda, I didn’t get any proper rest >.< Ah hell, might as well as go, it might be good to release up some stress when throwing the bowl =D Seriously, I haven’t play for more than a year, my score was damn embarrassing enough and qualified me to commit harakiri, seppuku >.<

The next day, another damn tiring day, because my cousin’s engagement ceremony, at my house >.< Well, let’s do some flashback a few days beforehand. This was supposed to be her nephew’s engagement, but my mum was the one very skeptical doing a minor house renovation >.< So she decided to bought a new pair of ceiling fans (as we only using a single ceiling fan before this), and also a pair of new ceiling lights with a special center light >.> I know my mum gonna spend quite a sum to install it after this, so I decided to chip in and paid for the new lights with my salary. The end product, not bad =D

XXXG-01D2 Deathscythe Hell Gundam

Huh? Who said my Gunpla hobby is going to die? To prove it, this time is my number two model that I recently just finished assembling it =D Presenting, mobile suit XXXG-01D2 Deathscythe Hell, from Gundam Wing series. This is the upgraded version of Deathscythe Gundam that appeared on the second half of the series.

This gundam received quite a lot of popularity due to its primary malee weapon, the scythe >.> It doesn’t have many armaments besides the Vulcan cannon and the buster shield. This gundam has an invisible-mode cloak, but it will only work on anime, no invisibility should work during real life lol This model is quite rare to find nowadays at any toy stores, so kind of lucky to get hold of it.

The best part is, now you can play mock-fighting with the other gundams =p This one actually is the High Grade (HG) version, but it seems like some joint parts quite weak. Oh well, most probably because an old model =( Plus, this Deathscythe Hell got too many lines to do the marking, so quite pain in the arse =.= Anyway, it is one piece of rare model (old model) that can't be missed =p

Sepang Circuit Revisited, with Vengence

Hello ladies… we’re back!!! Eh wait, there ain’t any ladies out there under the scorching race track (except for GT Queen :P ) Finally I managed to attend another series of the Sepang International Circuit Open Track Day with a few of my friends, and their cars (my Climhazzard ain’t fit for track run, mind you >.> )

The six of us (Kei, Ryo, Zid, Dzul, Khidir, and me) reached there around 2.10pm and the ‘feast’ had just begun. Among all of us, only Kei and me already been here before whereas the rest (including the car owner lol xD ) were their first time here, so no need to mention why Dzul was the first one to open an umbrella on the pitlane and followed by a few more people, until the organizer went ‘red’ upon seeing the umbrellas flopping like a mushroom and screaming out of the mic, telling us to took off the umbrella at once xD

As Kei and Ryo getting restless to get onto the track, we got a Red Light situation. Too bad guys, get your adrenaline in check, and patiently wait for the green light, hahaha =p Anyway, after a few minutes, the green light was signaled, and off we go. By the way, we took turns on who gonna sit on the passenger’s side. We ain’t gonna risk putting the car a lot of deadweight and making the car difficult to handle when approaching corners, mind you.

Well, the day was damn hot. The Shiro Suisei somehow always end up suffered a high oil temperature and need a quick pit stop to cool down the raging engine oil temperature. It even produced smoke when the oil reaching 130 degree Celsius (for God sake). As for me, I’m busy with the task of taking every cars photo that I came across with haha. The rest, too busy enjoying the excitement x)

Actually there were quite a lots of cars that day. It is quite noticeable that there were a lot of first-timers on the track. The main evidences, lots of red light, a few bad accidents, and most importantly, a lot those people don’t understand what it means when a red flag and red light are shown on the track. They just simply ignore it and drove like they own the track >.< The organizer had to stop the race for a while, asked everyone to kill their engine, and gave a lecture >.> Anyway, without wasting any time, a short gallery of what we took that day and a few clips during the run:

After all the adrenalines were pumped and everyone suffers a great deal of dehydration, it was time to head back. Before parting ways, a small pit stop at the Burger King (with an unlimited supply of soft drinks :P ) reminiscing all the experience we had during the whole day on the track. One thing for sure,

Hana Yori Dango

Let see, I haven’t done any review for ages! Haha! Oh well, time to make another miracle come back by reviewing one of the drama I recently watched =)

Today’s review is about a drama that was quite popular (later you will know why the drama is an hot item >.> ), which is Hana Yori Dango a.k.a Boys Over Flower (what a gay name, seriously <.< ). The genre of this story is more towards romance and comedy.

The drama focused on a bimbo a.k.a poor girl (in Japanese term), which enrolled in a super-rich high school, Eitoku Gakuen, which only filled with filthy rich students. The girl, Makino Tsukushi (played by Inoue Mao <3 ), spent the rest of her years ion school by staying low and unnoticed due to afraid to be caught by the school’s weird ceremory/behavior. The central of the trouble, known as F4 a.k.a Flower Four (what the heck with this gay naming -.-), a group of four damn rich ‘bishounens’ (handsome guy in Japanese). They are idolized by the whole school and no one dare to go against them.

The member of F4, the playboy, Nishikado Soujiro (by Matsuda Shota)a heir of a tea ceremony school, Mimasaka Akira (by Abe Tsuyoshi) a madam killer whom parents had relation with the underground. Next, the mysterious and quiet Hanazawa Rui (by Oguri Shun), and the leader himself, Domyoji Tsukasa (by Matsumoto Jun), the son and heir of the biggest finance group.

The whole story started when Tsukushi tried to protect her friend from receiving punishment due to ‘Red Notice’. Due to the action, she instead received the ‘Red Notice’ shortly after that. She retaliates in the final moment and declared war with the F4 (with a BANG :P ), which no one have ever done. That was the turn point for the whole story began.

My own opinion on this series, it is seriously pissing me off >.< Why you asked me? This is because the dumb Tsukushi and Tsukasa >.< Thanks to their characteristics, I felt like punching them most of the time >.< Tsukushi, a naïve girl that always jumped to conclusion and only think for the worst case scenario. Tsukasa, a thick-headed, arrogant, and also always jumped to conclusion without even thinking. One more to boot, his Japanese grammar skills will laugh your asses off from the chair >.>

Hana Yori Dango had a season 2 and also a movie. I watched them all, but my summary about the others are pretty much less the same as the above paragraph. But actually the story flow itself was quite interesting. The background soundtrack also is a plus.

In the end, I would recommend everyone to watch this series. It might piss you off (both Tsukasa and Tsukushi’s characteristics), but I bet you will want to know what will happen in the end. I’m sorry to disappoint, but for me, the ending was a little bit… bleak? :P I can give it 7/10 though… Anyway, do try a first few episodes and see whether you will like it or not =p

ZGMF-X56S Force Impulse Gundam

As been promised, today’s entry I shall tell you guys about my new hobby that I picked up recently. Some might already guessed correctly and some might not (ah hell, I bet most of them can guess correctly lol). Yes, presenting my new hobby, Gunpla a.k.a Gundam Plastic Model :D (go wiki it if you still have no clue what it is >.> )

Honestly, I had to blame one of my friend that suddenly bought a gundam model even though he never seen any of the gundam series before >.< Well, he straight bought the Master Grade of Zeta Gundam (I think it is a mistake for a beginner to direct buy a Master Grade <.< ), but it was too bad, the gundam was barely can be moved around due to his noob skill on cutting the plastic edges >.> So basically his Zeta gundam is just a gigantic standing still gundam xD

Anyhow, presenting my first ever Gunpla, ZGMF-X56S Force Impulse Gundam

Yes, this gundam was featured in Gundam Seed Destiny where been piloted by our emo kid, Shinn Asuka =p This is the one of the three add-ons that can be equipped to Impulse Gundam. The other two would be Sword Impulse (somehow I regretted not buying this one, lol) and Blast Impulse. Nothing much to say really about my first gunplay job. I was pretty much noob since I also screw up cutting the parts (but luckily my gundam still can move freely >.> ). It took me 5 to 6 hours to complete it. It might seem a bit fast because I didn’t really care much about the detailing, just simply cut and assemble >.> Below are some of the gimmick action photos that I took :

Overall, it is a nice gundam model to have in a collection. It is just the primary weapon is the rifle is a bit boring (yea it comes with 2 beam sabers, but just a plain beam sabers >.>). The difficulty is not that high, I can say around medium-easy to assemble it. Happy Gunpla-ing =)

Putting life back together again...

Long time we never met, my readers out there. I know, some screaming at me why I didn’t update my blog for quite some time already like kit*cough*leen :p Anyway, the reason I haven’t been updating my blog because I was too busy with my work, I end up working alone as the Network Engineer as the other guy went pursuing his Degree v.v So in the end, left me alone doing work non-stop for the last two months x.x

Thanks to myself for successfully finding a new person to fill in the empty seat, now I can rest a bit. My new colleague is my own friend, kitsuna =p But he will be working part time until June as he is now on semester break. Oh well, as long as I got someone to dump my overweight responsibilities to someone, good enough =p

In a way, there haven’t been much an update (extremely busy after all, plus don’t even have free time to open own blog >.> ) We start our day by a tragedy:

I went to take a peek at Proton’s new Exora, their first ever MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicle). Surprisingly, the interior design was quite nice, but nevertheless, don’t like much about the interior. Nowadays Proton, all engine bay design and positioning are just the same, no variety at all >.<

Here It Comes, the Climhazzard

As you all been waiting for, I present you, the new family member, Climhazzard =D

Yes, it is a Proton Persona. Finally I made it to fulfill one of my dreams, owning a car x) Although it is just a Proton (because the locals already knew it sucks due to the previous successors and also the corrupted Managing Director lol), but the quality and the comfort for this car is quite exceptional. But nevertheless, in my whole life, my family falls into a middle class citizen, so my parents can’t afford cars with a fine quality and comfort. Getting this car for me is like driving a Benz or Bimmer already =p

This is a 1.6L engine producing 110HP and equipped with Proton’s improved air intake manifold mechanism to save fuel during high speed. I only a bit disappointed with the engine as it has quite weak torque at the early stages, but the torque will greatly improved after 2000 rpm onwards (This is why Proton later came up with the CPS engine, to cure the torque problem, but I don’t have the money to buy car with the valve technology v.v )

As for the Meteorain, it will be handover to a new owner, my sister hehe. She will start her new work as a temporary teacher somewhere at Perak, so she will need the car. I just can hope that she will take care of Meteorain just like I did, but the odds are against it >.> May you happy with the new owner. You have served me well for the pass one year.

Hi all. Long time haven’t blog =) As usual, was too busy with work. Before too late, I wishes all Happy Chinese New Year (although 1 month too late xD ). Now let start with some fillers entry =)

Ok, back to the topic shall we? =p Not long ago, I went on and participated in a charity event to the Rumah Impian (orphan house) organized by the Proton Saga BLM Club (www.blmclub.co.cc) (as my mum owned the car, so I just tagged along despite not being the owner >.> ). Nevertheless, what is important, is the heart =D Speaking of which, I felt disappointed with another blm club (Prosboc) which decided last minute didn’t want to participate in the event due to religious concept. What the heck, we are there to help, not to infested own minds with religion =.= I myself although came from different religion with the orphans, didn’t have any problem at all. Oh well…

We gathered around 11am then went to 1 Utama as some haven’t bought their contributions. Yes, each of us must at least bring something useful that can be given away to the orphan house. Upon reaching the house, we were greeted with a fierce doggy guarding the house (and I was like “Oh no, I definitely not going to enter the house” xD ). Lucky they went and put the doggy into his cage, or else I head back first =p

It was a fun and harmony event I would say. We played with the kids with a few games that a few of our members suggested. After tired handling those young kids (we are already old people, mind you =p ), we took a short tour around their house. The house was in a good condition and at least we can rest assured that the kids going to grow up just fine even though without their biological parents.

It was fun, it was exciting, it was heart-throbbing, it was nerve-wrecking, it was adrenaline-pumping, but basically, it was FUCKING AWESOME xD

The last word basically sums up all the excitement we had during the open track day at the Sepang F1 Circuit that was held on 18th January 2009. It was a new level of experience (the Final Fantasy’s fanfare should be the background music here =p ) for both Keisuke and me in term of the art of suicidal racing (because that what we always do xD )

The day started when Keisuke called and invited me for the track day. Oh well, I got nothing to do (but actually I need to clean my room though >.>), so might as well tag along =) As we went along, finally we arrived at the entrance. To our surprise, the entrance fee is not like what our mechanic said, RM100 for a car and RM10 for each driver, but it was a staggering RM200 per driver >.< So rich man of the day, Keisuke paid for his hell-ride ticket =p

Nevertheless, the atmosphere is not really welcoming us. The super hot weather, plus seeing a lot of highly tuned and pimped cars all around us really smashing our motivation piece by piece as the FC3S is just a PIECE OF JUNK compared to others xDDD Anyway, it was first time we are there, so better make the RM200 spent worth >.>

The first mission, find our mechanic, Hau, failed as he seemed didn’t picking up the phone. Second mission, find a pit garage area so we can put the FC3S, but all garage occupied by other teams >.< Third mission, don’t care anymore, we want to get into the track, but WHERE THE HECK IS THE WAY TO THE PIT LANE? x_x We took the car wandering around until Keisuke thought that at the end of the pit area, there should be a road that we can enter the pit lane. Thank God, his animal instinct sometimes can be useful too =p

So the moment of truth, we slowly drive through the pit lane to the exit. Everyone was like looking at us with face expression “WHAT THE FUGLY CAR IS THAT?” xD (due to FC3S is currently having quite plenty of color theme =p ). But upon reaching the end, it turned out that the lights are RED, meaning that there has been an accident and they are cleaning the track right now. No choice but have to wait under the scorching sun while the FC3S’s oil temperature slowly increasing to 100 degree Celsius x_x

Finally, the moment of we have been waiting for, the GREEN LIGHT xD So off we go carve a new history in the circuit =p As a total Uber Noob with the track, we decided to drove slowly in order to learn about the track. But it turned out was a completely bad idea as people overtook us like no tomorrow >.< To add more salt to the wound, everyone were damn fast except us which leads to us having mental breakdown and inferiority complex and want to go back home immediately! xD Plus, thanks to Keisuke was driving not in the normal racing line, we took every corner horribly and received the full treatment of the side-G xD

Anyway, after a few rounds, we managed to get used to the Sepang track. Finally, we can smoked a few cars and proud of the tiny puny achievement we made xD But still, we simply can’t beat the Imprezza and cars with higher REV limit during the straight line =.= Lastly, the mother of all disaster, the Godzilla, the new Nissan Skyline GTR (a.k.a R35) was simply the GOD of the track day, being unbeatable in every aspect, while taking corners while other cars just standing still =.=

Well anyway, we continued to enjoy our fun ride in the track. Everyone there came there prepared (spare tyre, mechanics, car jacks, and etc…) compared to us who came only bring the car, wallet, and our gut xD Seriously, next time, we at least need to bring some water!!! Because in the end, both of us were dehydrated x__x

Simply untouchable, overtook everyone like nobody business and smoked them hard *respect*

Nevertheless, it was a fun experience doing it on the real track as the track is much wider than normal road during touge session, meaning more room to correct mistakes. Even Keisuke took the chance to getting used on how the FC3S behave during power-over drift. Oh yeah, basically we are drifting all over the track due to improper car setting. Oh hell, like we care =p Thanks to that, every car got scared to overtake us during cornering because anytime we can go haywire xD

Lastly, for those out there, make sure to take this advice, make sure you use the racing line properly, or…

You will suffer the excessive dosage of G in each corner like me in the first round xD

Goodbye 2008, and welcome Honda City 2009, lolz

Agimashite Omedetou Gonzaimasu~

Happy New Year 2009, Happy Muslim New Year 1430, and Merry Christmas (hopefully I didn’t left out anything <.< >.>) Sorry that I haven’t been updating my blog, busy with my career life lolz. Anyway, this will be a bit flashback from the recent 2008 that I haven’t mention in my entries.

First of all, I managed to finish my bachelor course peacefully without repeating any papers xD The result also quite okay, beyond what I targeted in the first place, a 3rd class haha.

My overall result, Second Class Honours First Division, which equal to 3.0 - 3.5 CGPA, so I guess it was ok since in 3rd year i kind of lost motivation =p

Soon right after, I was immediately hired (thanks to the Lady Luck lol) by a private company, Big Band Sdn Bhd. My job basically involves servers, internets, networking, and data centers. But I guess I’ll write more details about my job later in other entry =p

Oh yea, I bought myself a life insurance plus investment. A free advice for the readers out there, I recommend to get a life insurance plus with the medical care coverage. Nowadays life is not as healthy as our parents used to live, and now younger people are diagnosed with critical illness. To make it worse, medical fees are not cheap as you can imagine plus the high living cost each year. Although government hospitals are cheap a bit, but you need to queue even you got critical illness. Bad case scenario, you’ll die even before reaching your turn to do operation >.>

Whew… How long it has been since I updated this blog? I’ll blame the hectic work, and myself for keep on daydreaming the whole time about the new car =p

Huh, it has been a long time since i updated my blog. Well, i blame it on the hectic work from my job recently >.>

Anyway, not much of an update, but i would like to present new additional stuff i've been shopping this month for the sake of Meteorain well-being =p

Yes, I bought a new spotlight for Meteorain. Due to the current headlight not really that bright, I decided to go for a spotlight to increase the visibility especially when in a dark road or even heavy rain =)

Seriously I’m satisfied with this mod, the vision tremendously increased when driving. After installation, Keisuke and me went for a joy ride on our home track Bangi. Needless to say, the Hella spotlight really lives up to its expectation =)

One thing for sure, Hella is a brand that comes from Germany, hence the spotlight is a little bit pricey. Usually any accessory shop will sell around RM100 per piece, yes, it doesn’t come with pair. The only thing that you need to remember is, don’t use the spotlight during normal road condition at night as it is damn bright that can blinded the car in front >.>

Shiro Suisei's New Look

Hmmm… it has been a long time since I updated about Shiro Suisei’s condition and upgrades. Well, now is the time to do it =p

After a few months of recuperating, Shiro Suisei is being assembled with new parts piece by piece. The only drawback from this outcome, the car has a brand new colour theme >.>

Well, we are still in the process of assembling it back together, painting will be done later, no money at the moment <.<

But no matter how powerful and extravagant the car looks...

It will never passed a police road block for the time being with this kind of road tax =p *pwned*

Balik Pulau Touge, The Lonely Attack!

It was a dark and cold night where the animals and demons cast themselves away in the darkness while some waits for their prey making their way to the designated trap. The wind was blowing ferociously seeming a hurricane is coming to the lonely and quiet dark mountain forest. The moon…. Wait, I’m not writing a ghost story here >.>

As I mentioned before here, during the holiday eve when I visited Penang Island for a short vacation, I stole the chance to tackle the well-known touge among local Penang touge enthusiast, Balik Pulau. To be honest, this touge attack wasn’t planned at all. Since I was on the way to the Gurney Drive, I saw the Balik Pulau signboard and hence the sudden plan <.<

There are two ways to reach Balik Pulau, one is via the Batu Ferengghi and another is at Bayan Lepas. That night I took the route from Batu Ferengghi and passing by the Teluk Bahang before starts climbing the mountain.

The Balik Pulau touge is quite challenging attack as the road is not really wide as the lane was really small and shallow. Although it has two single lanes for up and down, but both sides have no extra space as it is occupied by the mountain or the concrete barrier. I’m not sure why, but this road does feel like going up the Cameron Highland in a sort. This mean you can’t afford a huge oversteer or understeer mistake or you will get a free ticket to hell >.> The most enjoying corner for me is during the downhill (as I’m taking the road from Teluk Bahang) when there is a beautiful hairpin which on the right beside of the hairpin is damn/lake. The downhill hairpin was really nice to tackle and by one understeer error, you entitled a free ‘car wash’ =p

During this attack, I was driving my mum’s new Proton Saga BLM. New car, I can’t force it too much =p One biggest mistake I did during this lone expedition was I didn’t fill up the petrol when I’m about to go up >.< During the uphill, my fuel meter only left with TWO bars x_x So actually to be honest, most of the adventure time filled with thoughts of getting out of fuel in the middle of the mountain wilderness x_x

I tried to call Jimmy from the BLMClub Penang branch as I want to ask him if there any petrol station in Balik Pulau. To my relief, he said got, but I have to go further ~_~ Anyway, the journey goes on. Actually before I started the uphill, I passed by a Caltex petrol station, but my ego got into me as I only want Petronas, so serve me right lol xD

Well, I managed to finish the touge run and I was driving along in a village area in Balik Pulau. After a while, thank God, I found a Petronas station. So in a sence, my ego paid off =p After that, I called Jimmy again to call the Penang branch a sudden gathering =)

Overall, the touge was quite challenging as you need to concentrate more than usual as the road is not wide and the presence of traffic some time. Next time I should try to take the Bayan Lepas exit route as this time I took the Air Hitam/Georgetown exit route, and this time I will fill up my tank first before going up >.>

A Week in Perak for Eid

Whew… it seems like I have forgotten to update my blog =p Nah, actually I’m quite busy with my job after all. Well, this entry is dedicated to the previous a week off at my mum’s hometown during the Eid celebration =) Feel like doing some sort like diary-lookalike for this entry =p

Monday 29th September 2008
I’m still working while most people working with the government already on their leave x__x (I’m working with private sector anyway). I came to office like usual but today the time seemed somewhat very slow moving. Yeah, I can’t wait to get back home and starts the journey. Since I can’t take it anymore, I asked the boss to leave 1 hour early than usual, and he gave lol

I went back to home and quickly preparing as most my siblings and mum already prepared. By 6 o’clock, we zoomed out from the house while brought several foods along the journey during break fast. As expected, the road was not packed with traffic as people are going to catch the break fast time. Us? We ate inside the car without stopping lol, easier since the road damn clear at that time =p
After 4 hours of journey, we finally reached my mum’s hometown at Parit Buntar, Perak =D It was my first time here since they just finished renovating the house. It was quite bigger than before o.o Nothing much to do as it was already night, so lets call it a day x)

Tuesday 30th September 2008
The last day of fasting, too tired to do anything, so spent the whole day sleeping and get wasted lol At night right after break fasting, we had a small prayer and started to recite the prayer for Eid. After that, EAT xD My cousins and I went to eat 4KG of clam lol I’m really going to get sick thanks to the crazy feast >.> In the end, I can’t sleep at night plus my cousins want to watch movie You Don’t Mess with Zohan on my laptop.

End up watching the movie till 4am >.> I decided not to sleep for the day. By 7am when I decided to iron my traditional clothes for the Eid prayer, I fell asleep while waiting >.> So I end up not going to the prayer lol x.x My mum was angry at me because I didn’t go, but…… was it my fault? <.<

Anyway, the day continues like usual. As for the rest of the day, just kept on eating >.> Plus, my stomach still upset due to the 4KG Clam-eating-madness x_x and some more it was my treat x___x

Thursday 2nd October 2008
Things are getting heated up. My grandparents are going to held a memorial ceremony for both their deceased parents (in Malay, “Kenduri Arwah”) so things are getting busy. I spent the evening with my brother washing 30 chickens >.> Later, we fried them for a while as we will cook the chicken with another seasoning. My uncle managed to bought 3 pieces of cow’s legs <.< As my job for the evening finished, I managed to escaped myself and went to Penang island for some stroll =p

I decided to go to the island via ferry. Later when arrived, I took a stroll until Gurney Drive until I saw a signboard mentioning Balik Pulau. Without a second thought, I went straight to Balik Pulau based on the signboard as I never been there before for a first time touge session =p The details of the touge attack will be in the next blog entry =)

After finished attacking Balik Pulau, I called Jimmy from the Lowyat.net/Blmclub.co.cc to have a sudden gathering session for Penang’s Proton Saga BLM members xD We decided to meet at the McDonalds at the Gurney Drive. So I had to drive to Georgetown and towards Gurney Drive. Basically that night I was driving round the Penang island lol =p 3 members showed up for the gathering (jimmy, kyrix, and danny). It was a fun meeting as we discussed about our car’s development and modifications =p Well, as for me, it is fun to meet other members outside Kuala Lumpur =)

My mum already called, so I had to went back >.> Finally I arrived home somewhere around 4am and went to sleep.

It was the busiest day of all. We had to prepare all the stuff for the ceremony. Right after the Friday prayer, guests are coming one by one. As for me, I decided to handle the job to wash drink glasses lol, simple job =p

The feast was over somewhere around 7pm as we all packed and cleaned everything. Whew, not so bad after all =) Anyway, now it is time to start packing up personal belongings as we will leave to our home tomorrow =)

Oh ya, two of my cousins are doing part time job to wash cars for family member only for cheap price (and cheap wash quality =p ) i just chipped in also to help them xD

Saturday 4th October 2008
Early in the morning, we had a special event for all, photo session for the whole family. It was my uncle idea as he wants to post the entire family photos onto the wall. We took the entire families photo, then followed by each family photos. As for my family, we are missing our dad as he didn’t join us together went back to my mum’s hometown lol

After the photo session, it is Angpow a.k.a money-giving time =p But… since I’m already working (only 3 weeks at that time >.>), I ain’t getting any money T_____T But instead I have to give out money to the young ones, based on our custom. But due to I was only started working, so I managed to excuse myself from contributing for this year =p But next year definitely have to pay x_x Oh well, my turn sooner or later =)

Anyway, things packed up and loaded into the car. By 6pm, it is time to bid farewell to all and started our journey back home. The road was quite busy and there were a few traffic crawls as many people starts getting back to their home after the long holiday. We reached home around 1am, thanks to the bad traffic >.> Anyhow, time for bed as tomorrow is a special day =D

… It seems that none of my family member remembers today is my birthday >.> Oh well, no hard feelings as this is common in my family anyway as we seldom celebrate birthdays =p Since my mum was complaining a lot about her old-school Nokia 3310 dying out on her during any calls. I guess it was either due to broken phone or the battery is dying. So I decided to bought a new cheap phone for her to use and hopefully durable like the well-known Nokia 3310’s extreme durability <.<

Well, my first salary after all, so I can’t buy expensive cell phone =p In the end, I decided to buy the Nokia 1208 for her. It is small compared to Nokia 3310, but as long as it is new plus color screen some more, she should having a quality calls after this, but for sure she will have a hard time at first to familiarize with the phone =p People got presents during birthday, but I’m giving out present instead on my birthday lol Oh well, it is for mum =)

Finally night time and tomorrow it is time to go back to the office ~_~

Just got back and I’m still tired, plus tomorrow will have to go back to the office -_-

Well, there are plenty of stuff to blog, I guess I’ll do it right after this especially the 1 month report after working, the journey to mum’s hometown and back, the special touge session at Balik Pulau, and many more =p That can wait I guess =)

Somewhere You Belong...

This post dedicated to the dearly grandmother which has been called by God to stay protected until the Judgment Day befalls…

It was early in the morning I woke up like usual especially during the weekends. Nothing weird, nothing unusual, stills the same view I see everyday. As I walked down the stairs, it was empty, no one was there but I still can sense someone’s presence a few minutes ago. I tried to searched, but found no one except my two brothers still sleeping. The usual option when in this kind of time, a phone call to my mum’s cell phone was made.

The first thing I heard upon saying hello is the shocking death of her. I totally was lost of words as I’m still gathering my strength to hold the phone and listen to my mum. Short after the call, I informed my sis and waited for my brothers to wake up to inform the sulky yet sadden news.

I spent the day trying to distract myself from having the ‘thoughts’ by washing mum’s car because tomorrow we are going back to mum’s village. Somehow it worked.
In the evening, mum called as dad wants to speak with me. I said why? He asked me to come to the funeral. I okay-ed and quickly gets prepared and my youngest brother decided to tagged along.

Even though I never even know where the exact burial place is, I rushed to the place. Luck was at my side, or should I say maybe my grandma’s ‘remnants’ was calling my instinct to take a look at the road side and saw the convoy to the cemetery. I quickly turned and tracked down the convoy.

During at the burial ceremony, the vigil and cold atmosphere was clouding us. I just stared at her grave endlessly without any thoughts. Upon the Imam started the recital for the dead, in all of the sudden the memories of the past came into me. The things when I was still small and during Eid, now they are all getting back to me, how she treated me right after I arrived, feeding me with her cooking, just to make sure her lovely grandchildren was well fed and growing up nicely. She made sure that she had the original village’s chicken eggs in stock as she loved to let me ate it. When early in the morning, she will buy us plenty of ‘Nasi lemak’ and any other breakfast for us to eat. I still can remember she petted my head after she gave me some money during the Eid…

A few of these thoughts coming through my mind, it was unbearable as I slowly started shed tears during the ceremony. I tried my best to hold on, but still, it was flowing very slowly. I know, it is wrong to shed tears in front of the grave, but those thoughts were attacking me endlessly. I’m not sure whether my mum saw me or not, nut I hope no one does, as I didn’t even looked at anyone during that time.

After everything was done, it is time to head back. I took a final stare at grandma’s grave for the last time, hoping that she will be freed from this world’s pain and preparing herself for the heaven’s gate and resides with the almighty God forever.

As for us which were left living in this temporary world, life goes on and one day, we will be there, few feet under the earth. No one shall live forever. Dear grandma, I’ll be missing you. Hope dear God bless her soul and let her rest peacefully.

It was drinking fuel like no tomorrow,
It was spraying the engine bay with the engine oil like mad,
It was never enough water inside the radiator,
It was never able giving the power needed,
It was… over 10 years old.

That sums up the overall story about Meteorain xD Yes, Meteorain was in a bad condition upon I got it from my dad. Although he serviced the car regularly, but he didn’t pay much attention to the car specifically. So as the new owner of Meteorain, it is my job to make sure this baby is taken care of =D

After a countless of complaints from me to dad, finally he agreed to do a full overhaul for Meteorain. Instead of sending the car to a normal workshop (that will chopped our head off with the service price >.> ), we sent the car to my dad’s friend as he was a mechanic before retiring (well, his daughter was my ex-classmate <.< ).

It took almost one week to get the job done and overall I was satisfied with the result. The fuel consumption was minimal, no more engine oil spilling, less worry on the water level in radiator, and giving me the power when I need it x)

Here is some of the list of the parts that was found faulty in Meteorain:
-Blown gasket
-Exhausted piston rings
-Part of radiator was eaten by rust, thus leaking through that
-Radiator hoses was already hard
-Radiator cap was unable to control the pressure
-Thin timing belt
-One of the exhaust valve bent
-Intake manifold and exhaust manifold was also infested with carbon
-Super ultra thick carbon built up in the combustion chamber, pistons and around the valves
-Leaking in some valves, they unable to close properly
And… I’m not sure if I still left something else out =p

I'm Employed =D

Yeah, finally I’m employed by a web-related company somewhere near Kuala Lumpur =D Now i'm not contributing to the unemployment rate in Malaysia (Kitleen 2008)... (Haha, my old habit of citation and referencing came from doing the FYP last time =p ) The pay was quite ok for beginners like me and I’ll be exposing a lot with the servers environment. To be exact, I should say that from today onwards I’ll be only interacting with the servers and less with humans >.>

The first day was quite busy, the first thing upon early in the morning I had to setup 2 servers for delivery. Lucky it was only Windows Server 2003, so the installation went out pretty smooth. But I guess I need to learn how to install the Linux OS as my company will be using Cent OS for any client that prefer Linux as their operating system ~_~

Right after that, my first ever visit to a datacenter at Brickfields with one of my colleague =D The security was pretty tight and troublesome <.< Upon entering the datacenter, the loud sound of humongous server racks and the air conditioner machine echoing the room. Seriously it was damn loud and very hard to communication with other people inside x_x One thing, the datacenter is damn cold that my foot is starting to getting freeze over. Lucky that I wore a pair of socks, or else I would never made out there in one piece >.>

Touge Adventure to Mantin Part 1 & Part 2

Part 1
As usual, the notorious Ryosuke never ceased to amaze us with his sudden godforsaken attic, the sudden plan =p A few days after the nightmare ride to Kuala Kelawang touge, Ryosuke called “Yo cloud, tonight we’ll hit the touge at mantin!!!” and my usual reply “What the *censored*!!!”

This time we used Meteorain as the method of transportation. Due to the horrid nightmare adventure where we were clueless about the exact location of the touge, this time I personally brought my laptop that comes with Google Earth installed >.> Thanks to the Google Earth, the journey went out smoothly without any problem and relying on the good-for-nothing Ryosuke >.>

Anyway, as been mentioned, the journey went smoothly due to the help from Google Earth. We decided to take an alternative road to there using Broga, the road heading to the Nottingham University. I guess it was a bad choice as the road was in a very bad condition x_x Nevertheless, we managed to arrive safely at the touge spot =D

Mantin is located in Negeri Sembilan where beside the Negeri Sembilan and Selangor border. This touge course located at the Matin Industrial centre to be exact. The course actually was quite beautiful as there are a few hairpins corner waiting for any touge enthusiast to tackle it. But… the bad thing here is the animals that tend to sleep in the middle of the road >__< During our journey, a dog was sleeping in the middle of the road. When we passed it, the dog still decided to sleep in the middle of the road x_x Besides that, there are a few traffics there, so need to pay extra attention. The course itself was quite short but very enjoying nevertheless =)

PART 2
A few days after, Ryosuke again decided to visit mantin touge, but this time with FC and Metorain as an escort. Turbo Jr decided to join the adventure this time. All of us taking turn in the FC attacking the touge. 2 of us board the FC while another 2 will stay back at Meteorain. This time even more surprise greeted us on the touge. The dog still sleeping in the middle of the road, plus a group of dogs relaxing on the road, and 3 FREAKING COWS sleeping on the road too x___X It was so dangerous! In the end, we touge with a little bit reserved in speed.

Anyway, during Keisuke turn, shit happen. We ran into a police car lol. The police just passed by us and at the same time we tried to contact Ryosuke to warn about the incoming police, but failed because there is no freaking telephone coverage there. After a while, Keisuke and I decided to go back and hoping the police was already gone. Upon reaching the area, the police was still there x_x Keisuke had a brilliant idea “Lets pretend we don’t know them!” xD So we acted we never knew them… upon passing by, Ryosuke blasted out cover by calling us x__X Oh well, both Keisuke and I decided to stop. Then the police car passed by us and went on left us. Phew… trouble gone. Ryosuke drove to us. It was learnt that the police was asking Ryosuke what they are doing there. He answered he was waiting for his friends at the back (us =p ). So they were waiting for us actually. If both Keisuke and I were just totally ignored Ryosuke, they would already end up in the police cell that night xDDD

From The Depth of Hell to The Brightly Heaven

Yes, finally I’m back after the gruesome battles with countless of projects and final year project which so close with each other x_x

It was hell, a living hell which you don’t want to experience in your life. By the time clocked only 2 more weeks before my final semester ended, the work just kept on falling till I have no more enough hands to do all the work. If I were able to use my feet to write, it would be much better >_>

Anyway, it was my own fault because I procrastinated too much, hahaha =p So as the battle drawing its curtain down, I’m now need to start my job hunting as I’m right now contributing to Malaysia’s unemployment rate (stealing idea from Kitleen’s blog =p ). So far right now I already attend one interview yesterday. The outcome seems ok but I need to wait the confirmation from the big boss whether I can work with them with my lack of skills =p Anyway, I’m trying my best as this is the time I want to fight for my dreams and starts buying things that I ever dream of. What is it? Haha let it be a secret for the time being =p

Yes, finally after the hardship and the noob-days that I’ve been through, Heaven’s Cloud.Net is now can celebrate its 1st Anniversary =D Looking back the earlier post made me thought how noob I was back in those days =p Now Heaven's Cloud.Net is still growing with 3870 unique visitors =) Thanks to all my friends and the frequent visitors that have been keep supporting me to blog and keep my passion alive =D This celebration is dedicated to you all too =)

In conjunction with the 1st anniversary, I would like to announce that Heaven’s Cloud.net will be inactive for a while. No no I’m not going for a honeymoon =p But instead I’m right now on the one-way ticket to hell <_< I’ll be extremely busy until September so do expect less update =( Sorry for the inconvenience. Meteorain ICE-ed Up! =D

For further reference, ICE = In Car Entertainment

Yeah, finally I have ICE-ed up my Meteorain =D Somehow I managed to loan the money from my sister (as I don’t have any money at all =p ) to completed my car ICE system =) Below are the list of the equipments that I’ve installed in Meteorain:

Pioneer DEH-2050MPG head unit
- MOSFET 50W x 4
- AUX in
- Remote control
- MP3 and WMA

Pincer component set 350W 4ohm(i'm sure this is a copycat brand as the label is same as Pioneer)
- 2 tweeters half-dome(design like SoundStream tweeter)
- 2 crossovers 3.5KHz 12dB/oct
- 2 6.5" mid bass speakers
- 25mm ASV voice coil
- Neodymium magnet

2-channel Amplifier 800 watts (i think, not sure what brand)

Pioneer TS-A6972E 6x9 3-way speaker (I already bought and installed it earlier)

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the sound produced by this kind of set up =) The bass was very decent and there is no problem at all with playing with all kind of songs. Although my actual target is to get all of the ICE system under Pioneer brand, but due to most car accessories shops here didn’t have any stock for Pioneer components set and amplifier v_v So I had to settle with Pincer brand. An unknown brand but with a same label design as Pioneer, plus their tweeter design was copied from SoundStream. But nevertheless, their performance was really good despite I’m using an unknown components set plus a cheap amplifier. It also improved the sound quality produced, thus leading to an enjoyable ride with my Meteorain =)

There is one thing that I kind of wondering, my engine idling went up like 500RPM from my normal setting. I wonder why as I and those mechanics didn’t touch anything on the engine. All they did was a wiring from the amplifier direct to the car battery that had been fixed to the right node of the battery. In between the wiring, there was a big fused installed which I’ve never seen it before. But oh well, as long as it can runs perfectly fine and it doesn’t drain my car battery like a mad man, I guess I should no need to worry. But I do need to worry visiting the petrol station often if I’m idling the car too much =D

A little advice for those that plan to ICE their car, please don’t place the Tweeters facing towards you. When you have the tweeters installed together with the crossovers, it will produce a high frequency sound directly to your ears. This is bad for the ears and also your concentration. The best position is to make the tweeters facing the windscreen of the car. Happy modifying and ICE-ing your ride =)

Oh yeah, finally I had Meteorain undergo its scheduled service (after almost exceed 2000km, thanks to someone else idea of going to Genting Highland and Fraser Hill in one night >_> ). Here are the parts that I chaged during the service:
- spark plugs
- engine oil
- oil filter
- air filter

Upon suspecting, some of the car parts also need to be changed as soon as possible according to the mechanic due to old age. These things are:
- radiator’s hoses
- engine block gaskets
- camshaft timing belt
- transmission oil

Today, one of my friend Ariff decided to buy a new head unit for his car as his previous head unit was already broken. So he decided to take the Sony model (can’t make out the model number, sorry) and install it in his car.

As I went there, I also bought and installed door visors for my mum’s car as she likes to open the window while driving. So this visor can prevent water from entering while she is driving on the rain.

So right now my car has already turned into a mini disco. Maybe later next time I should buy the bling-bling sphere to put inside my car =p

Finally the FC has come back to…. Serdang =p Yeah, the legend finally has been revived after a been stuck in the workshop for around 2 months. The cost for repairing it? Haha, go visit the Shuzoku RedSuns Team blog to find out =p Now the chassis has been straighten and the accident area has been coated and treated nicely. But currently we only decided to apply the primer coating as Ryosuke has other plans for the car modification. So the full body spray will have to wait =)

Right after picking up, the same night Ryosuke and Keisuke decided to give the FC a spin. I definitely can’t join during a spin at our home course Bangi, but I decided to join the 180 degree turning practice. We did a few as it was Ryosuke’s first time doing with his own FC haha =p So in the end, we parted ways as I went back home to sleep while they continued touge.

Overall according to Ryosuke, somehow the FC became very smooth to drive after the repair. We also not sure why but maybe the chassis was damaged before he bought the car? Only God knows lolz. But now time to enjoy =p

Touge Adventure, an Awkward Journey to Kuala Kelawang and Fraser Hill (plus getting lost till Genting Highland)

First of all, for those who wondering what is touge, please visit here: Wikipedia

It was.... a nightmare, which looms in someone’s deep fear who wished it never to be seen or heard. That is what I can sum it up with the recent out-of-the-fly our touge adventure with Ryosuke, Keisuke, and Turbo Jr >_<

Ryosuke finally is back after a month in France, so as his insane attic of sudden plan with improper planning and random outburst >_> So to cut things short, he got back then the next day when I’m peacefully doing my assignments around 6pm, I got an sms from Ryosuke saying:

“Cloud, let’s go to Fraser Hill to check out the touge track there tonight!”

I was shocked and can’t believe what my eyes are reading. So I sent a reply:

“Can you repeat that sms again one… more… time…?”

To my outmost outrage, my eyes weren’t telling lies after all, Ryosuke is going to Fraser Hill touge in 2 hours time. They don’t have a car so they need my Meteorain help. For God sake, it was Sunday and tomorrow I have class >_< Anyway, at 8.30pm, we started the journey. Upon refilling a full-tank of petrol, I asked Ryosuke how to get to Fraser Hill. To my deepest fear, he said he forgot to take a look at the Google Map so he said he had no idea at all >_< The only thing we know that the Fraser Hill is just beside Genting Highland. So off we went using Genting Highland signboard as the guide.

We took the MRR2 road until Batu Caves. From there, we moved on the normal trunk road to Ulu Yam mountain road. Finally we found the signboard to Genting Highland but the Fraser Hill is nowhere to be seen. Oh well, we moved on taking the road to Genting Highland hoping to see a road that might lead us to Fraser Hill <_< As we went on, we realized that the road doesn’t exist and Genting Highland is getting near. Seriously I need to kill Ryosuke for his lack of direction sense :-@ Looking at Meteorain’s temperature meter, somehow the temperature rose up a bit from normal level. I suspected that the radiator water is not enough. I just kept my cool and acted like nothing had happen >_> For the record, it was my first time being there at Genting Highland, so I drove slowly as I want to enjoy the scenery =D We arrived at the top then decided to stop a while to take pictures (my excuse but the real reason is to cool down the car and refill the radiator tank =p ) We took several pictures, cooled the car down and head back to Fraser Hill next =D (we assume that we need to go down further and take the road to Batang Kali and Kuala Kubu Baru). Meteorain’s brake suffered overheating thus it didn’t gave me the braking power, so I had to pump the brake all the time -_- Oh ya, actually meteorain was already due for service (even exceeded 1000km already =p ).

A review of the Genting Highland touge, it was quite ok, given for the uphill. But according to the steep of the road, I think only cars that come with lots of horsepower or turbocharged cars can enjoy the uphill ride. The downhill can be very exciting but… the road bumpers are damn high and it can kill any cars that have done suspension lowering >_> The hairpin corners are damn nice but the bumpers are not. So for those who want to enjoy the uphill but can’t make it the downhill, make sure you have a tow truck ready at the top of Genting Highland =p But the most bad thing about touge at Genting Highland, too many traffics at any time >_>

Next, by the time the clock ticked around 12am+, we were already downhill and heading towards Kuala Kubu Baru. As usual, the utter useless Ryosuke went to bed first leaving Keisuke and me suffering to find the exact road to Fraser Hill. At last we managed to found it by running along with a big dam there. After crossing the dam, the touge road starts =D Seriously, it was really damn long to reach the Fraser Hill junction. The road was empty, no one was there, the road was wet, there are falling trees that almost blocked the road, right side is the hill while left side is the mountain steep where you can get a free ticket to hell if you decided to drive there >_> Upon arriving the Fraser Hill junction, it was a one-way road where during daylight, there will be gate controls and time restriction for those who are going up or down. Obviously at midnight no one is controlling the road, so off we go the uphill struggle. I think it took us almost 1 hour from the dam until the Fraser Hill. After reaching the other end of gate control, we decided to go back as we already reached our destination. But according to the map, there is a road at there that will take you around the Fraser Hill but since I’m worried about the petrol for home. The journey downhill was quite fast. We headed home and reached there around 3am. Both Ryosuke and I were very hungry that we were feasting leftovers at his house >_>

Regarding the Fraser Hill touge, it is a long touge with a risky environment. First half of the road is wide but there are possibilities of having trees blocking the road. Honestly, the road curve there is pretty much repetitive so you might get bored while driving there, seriously. Upon entering the main road to Fraser Hill, the road is so small that there is no room for errors or mistake. The road also sometimes widens a bit but sometimes shortens just a car size. I can say this is a very high level touge road as you can’t rely on drift or tail slide to save your butt when you understeer or oversteer. This touge is purely rely on your concentration and tyres grip.

Ok, then 2 days later Ryosuke came up with another random planning, going to visit the Team Kansei home course at Kuala Kelawang. He called me that night (around 10pm or something) inviting me while he was already in front of my house >_< I can’t prepare anything at all. So I hopped in their Perodua Kancil 660 that dubbed as err…. what was it again? Suicide Banshee? Coffin Banshee? Junk Banshee? I had forgotten about it =p But before going there, we had to ran 2 errands as Keisuke needed to pass something to his girlfriend at Kerinchi and they need to pass their sister wallet and SPM certificate at Cheras. So finally we picked up Turbo Jr at his house and decided to go.

But… as usual the clueless Ryosuke didn’t know where exactly Kuala Kelawang is >_< (yea I should stab him to death :-@ ) Turbo Jr managed to do some homework and found out where the location. As he mentioned Semenyih, then I’ll knew where to head as I once studied at a MARA college nearby there as I swear I saw the Kuala Klawang signboard. So off we went to Semenyih, taking the road to Kuala Klawang. The road there was damn dark and empty, a place where you can have a nice death without people noticing >_> Ryosuke took the first run and Turbo Jr sat beside him. Turbo Jr was a bad navigator, always messed up with left and right <_< It was suppose to be a road scouting but Ryosuke went ahead taking it seriously. I in the other hand was suffering from dizziness starting from my home, can’t do anything but just observe the road and sit back quietly, unless if I want to puke inside the car >_> At one point, I SWEAR I saw a shadow of human size on the right side of the road that seems like trying to avoid the light of the car @_@ I just kept quiet and acted that I saw nothing and let them have fun with the touge session. The first session end up at a junction leading to somewhere we don’t know as we also just left with a half-tank of petrol, thanks to Ryosuke pushing the car, or else we can explore further >_> We took several pictures there and then the next round it was Keisuke’s turn. This guy even take it more faster than Ryosuke >_< Turbo Jr whose already been in a trauma state, was shouting “Hard Left!” and “Hard Right!” at all the turn although some corners weren’t hard at all hahaha. It took about 10 – 15 minutes maybe to finish the touge and heading back home. On the way, we stopped by a 24-hour KFC for supper. So in the end, most of us reached home around 4am x_x

Overview of Team Kansei’s home course, it was indeed a good place to touge. Plenty of exciting corners that can made you ejaculate in happiness =p The touge was fairly long but the track could provide some dangers as well. There is a possibilities that you might run over into dogs that owned by the native settlers there. Some corners might seem easy but they tend to bent a little tight later which you might catch off guard. Another threat is the road has both sides a deep monsoon drain/gutter that can instantly kill your car if you accidentally went into it. Don’t even try copying Initial D’s Takumi gutter run as it won’t work here >_>

Car Review: Porsche Carrera S

I had my once-in-a-lifetime chance to ride a Porsche 911 Carrera S. This car is a 3.8L monster that comes with the legendary boxster engine. It produces power at 6600RPM with torque at 4600RPM. The tires equipped with the car are a generous 235/35 at the front and 295/30 at the back. That is something that you can’t afford with a normal salary.

The car itself is very easy to drive plus the automatic and the Porsche’s Tiptronic manual transmission for those who wanted more power. The standard 911 Carrera S comes with a soft suspension set up that can be quite comfortable for a normal cruise. But there is a button for suspension set up at the dashboard area, but I’m not too sure though. It comes with a traction control to give you the confidence while driving. Thanks to the soft suspension, the body roll was quite bad plus as I was sitting at the back, the head room was so small that I had to tint my head a bit. Basically at the back seats only suitable for kids. Anyway, lets the pictures do the talking shall we =D

I didn't manage to take the glove box area, but it comes with 2 cup holders. The bad side of the glove box is it can't open fully due to passenger legs. But overall it is a nice car to drive =) It offers the comfort and also the style that a person need =p I recommend this car for those that can afford it, but if it is me, i better buy the Nissan GTR =p Lastly, this 911 Carrera S also offers a sunroof where:

Searching For The Motivation....

Assignments deadline is coming near, but I haven’t had the motivation to do it all. I wonder why, usually this kind of time I will do as fast as I can to finish everything so I won’t suffer later. But… it seems that the energy and the spirit can’t help me going. It has come to this situation where now I’m in my final semester and just inch away from stepping into the real world, making my own money and buying things that I’ve ever dream of. Yeah, it seems that my main motivation now is just thinking about work, money, and cars. Nothing else in my mind.

This made me reminisce my past during in the previous college. As I was in the last semester, the motivation and the joy of graduating made me work faster than usual. I managed to finish most of the assignments 1 week earlier, something I never did in my life before. Now, I’m just an empty vessel floating and drifting along with time, watching and staring how time passed by. Where my motivation went I wonder? Was it been stolen? Impossible. Is it just right beneath my own heart but I’m unable to unlock it? Maybe but how? Am I going to walk this path that leads to my own doom? What is happening to me, what is wrong with me until I had to feel miserable like this? What did I lack, what did I miss?

There is one definite answer that I know, only time will tell whether I can make it or not. What I have to do right now is fight as the best as I could in this lonely struggle all on my own. Oh God, give me the light that will guide me and show me the way out of this darkness that is engulfing me. May I find the solution during this deep slumber…

Finally My Official Car = Meteorain

Since my mum finally got her new car, the Proton Saga BLM, meanwhile I will inherit her previous car obviously, the Proton Iswara Aeroback. So officially this will be my car and my main transportation to class and anywhere. So I decided to name her Meteorain xD

Yeah, the name was based on one of Cloud Strife’s limit break move in Final Fantasy VII game =p But again, this will be a temporary car before I’m buying my own touge machine in a few years to come =) So my main planned modifications to the car would be the ICE (In Car Entertaintment), new suspension sets, erase the annoying rattling door sound (the car is old afterall -_-), and repair the car body where some part of the body already had small holes -_-‘ So I welcome Meteorain as her new owner =)

On a light note, my mum somehow became very stingy >_> She don’t want to let me drive the new car >_< Now i regretted convincing her that there is no need to be afraid to drive a new car v_v

But of course my unofficial cars are Nissan Sentra and Proton Saga BLM =p

U might want to curse me for uploading so much pictures about the new car in my house, but i practically don't care =p Presenting, a new member in the family, the new Proton Saga BLM which i just took it from the Proton branch last friday. and as for today, i went to RayTech to inquire about the tinted film as i also gotten a voucher worth RM150. They demonstrated me how good their tint film is, i was amazed =D So most probably going to install the RayTech tint for around RM300 - 400. Later today i went to install the Reverse Sensor for the car. It cost at RM150. The result, the sensor was so-so, unlike my old iswara which is somewhat better >_>

Hayate no Gotoku!

This time we will look into another type of anime which involved a butler and the master =) Hayate no Gotoku is not like the ordinary maid-type anime where the maid is a girl where she had to serve a pervert male master (reminded me of He is My Master xD). This time the story will focus on a small boy whom in a financial crisis due to his reckless parents (you won’t believe how reckless they are >_>). Finally he was employed by a rich young girl due to his heroic act to save her =) But this actually because due to wrong phrase chosen by Hayate while he intended to kidnapped her in the first place which led Nagi thinking that Hayate is confessing to her (this is the root of the problem xD).

Our poor and unlucky main character, Ayasaki Hayate (voiced by Shiraishi Ryoko), is a teenager lived in a tough environment. His father likes to gamble the money while his mum likes to invest money in her dream….? <_< Our hero is tough than superman and can travel in a speed of light (sometimes xD). Due to his parent’s irresponsibility, he has been working part time to support the family ever since he was still a kid. Having met Sanzenin Nagi, his fate started to change towards a better life as a butler.

The pompous and childish master, Sanzenin Nagi (voiced by Kugimiya Rie <3 ), a damn rich girl whom lived in a private mansion in Tokyo (goddamn big I tell you >_>). She has no siblings other than his grandfather but they lived separately. Currently she has a maid Maria, a head butler Klaus, and a tiger ‘pet’ Tama. She is super smart girl which always skipped grades. Despite that, she skipped classes a lot, watch anime, read manga, and plays online game a lot xD Her future dream is to become a manga artist >_>

The unique of this series is that it intends to insert a lot of anime parody. Sometimes they might want to sensor the word *beep* whenever they mentioned about any other anime in the series (copyrighted issues lolz). Nevertheless, all the stupid jokes and the parodies made this anime really funny and appealing to me =). The series is a bit long as it will take until 52 episodes. Yes, most probably there will be a second season judging from the ending. Overall I can give this anime 8/10 as it entertained me very well with the parodies =D Hope you guys will enjoy it as much as I did =)

My Mum Got Scammed By A Fake Proton Sales Assistance =x

The title says all. My mum got scammed by a fake SA (Sales Assistance) that working with a Proton branch when she wanted to buy the new Proton Saga BLM as her first car (and going to be mine =p ).

So the story goes like this. Around March my mum went to my auntie's workplace in Tawakal Hospital in Kuala Lumpur. She knew a guy working with a proton branch that promise can deliver the new car within 3 months. So we met the SA and paid the deposit of RM500. Later during May, the SA called saying that the loan (my mum is using the government loan) was approved. Then in June he called my mum asking to paid the down payment of RM1198. He also opted my mum option if my mum wants to pay via online banking. But I insisted my mum on going to the branch and pay as we never been there. But my mum said she is busy or whatever, then she went for the online payment. I insisted for the receipt, she said the SA told her that he will send the receipt via mail. So i'm ok with it and wait.

After a few weeks, still no news and i'm still wondering if the branch exist or not. I went to find out at night where the branch is and i found it. One less worry as the branch is there. Tomorrow i sms-ed my auntie asking that did she received anything from the SA like a receipt? She said none and i was worried as my mum said that the SA might sent the receipt to my auntie instead as she is much more closer. So that evening i decided to rush to the branch to ask what has happen. Upon my arrival, i asked one of the SA working, i was shocked that knowing the SA whom deals with my mum had actually resigned early June. So i kinda guessed, my mum already been scammed by this SA.

I went home, informing my mum and auntie. Both were shocked by the news. Later my mum said to me that last week the branch manager called her saying the car already finished at the factory and waiting to be delivered. I'm confused so i decided to wait on monday as i need to call the branch admin to confirm the situation.

Monday, my mum called instead, saying that offcially she is scammed. She called the branch, our booking fee is still there, but they never received the down payment that my mum made. So this fake SA went running away with my mum's money. I started gathering information about this guy. When enough evidence and information, i learned that i can't make the police report as i'm not the one buying the car. SO i asked my mum to do, but she said tomorrow. When tomorrow, she said another tomorrow. When 2 days passed, she said something that made me WTF, "lets wait, who knows the guy will repent and return back our money".... Yes, the most super-ultra-naive statement i've ever heard in my life >_< This is an era where scammer and conman are everywhere. They don't care about you neither feel sorry for their victims >_< Oh whatever, looks like all my hardwork collecting the infor just went down the drain ~_~ I don't care anymore bout this guy, as long as we are getting the car. It was my mum's money, up to her how she thinks it is >_>

Anyway, i would like to share and publish the information here. Who knows some of the readers might know where he is. I feel like smacking him. I have the address but i don't know where it is.

The Fake SA name card

I heard rumors that the guy still live there, but both husband and wife is not in the house, but only the mother in-law. I dunno what to do with this guy, feel like smacking but for sure i'll end up in jail for public assault ~_~ Then i heard from a source that his wife is working with a police station and her dad was a ex-police. I was like WTF, if it is true, then for sure the police will try to protect their own species like what happened to me earlier (WQU1278, a DRUNK Special Task Police whom use his pistol at an innocent civilian! =x)

Anyway, last saturday we went to the branch to pay the REAL down payment >_> Our car was already there waiting for pikcing up. Now what is left is to pay the whole amount, maybe this monday. SO hopefully will get the car this week =)

Shakugan no Shana II

I bet some people would be getting sick of the non-stop car-related posts previously by me >_> So as a change-of-mood post, lets continue with the some of the anime reviews that i recently done watching it =)

Yeah, the queen of ~~lolicon~~ fire is back xD This time with more actions and lots (i tell you, lots >_>) of drama. This is the second installment for Shakugan no Shana that was previously released around 2 years ago. Since it is a continuation from the previous series, the storyline plus the characters remain the same. The storyline for this season is mostly about relationship drama between Shana and Yoshida. Frankly i say, half of the episodes are about this boring stuff >_< Later of the series then they will start fighting seriously. As you know, the Bell Masque still alive after the first season. Right now they are conducting experiments and plan to recapture back the Hougo that resides within Yuuji. So now Shana, Yuuji, Margery and friends will have to fight Hecate and the Bell Masque fiercely.

Innocent hero Sakai Yuuji (voiced by Hino Satoshi) is a clueless guy which were blessed with an unlimited Power of Existence due to the Hougu that live inside him. In this series, he finally found what he suppose to do, fight along with Shana. So he started to take the training seriously and acquired a weapon. But nevertheless, he is still insensitive towards Shana's and Yoshida's feeling towards him >_>

Shana a.k.a Flame Haze a.k.a Enpatsu Shakugan no Uchite (voiced by Kugimiya Rie <3 ) is determine to make Yuuji realized her feelings towards him. But everytime she wanted to confess, there is always something that will get in the way <_< In this series, i can say 50% of her screen times are about her trying to show her affectionate towards Yuuji and fighting with Yoshida x__x

Yoshida Kazumi (voiced by Kawasumi Ayako) is a big breast girl whom desperately trying to win Yuuji over Shana. But thanks to Yuuji insensitiveness, all the efforts are in vain xD Due to she once accidentally being pulled into the Fuzetsu, she now can be part of the team, but useless >_> Later in the story, she will be given some last-resort power by a Guze no Tomogara. Her ultimate rival is Shana but actually she didn't realize that someone else is having a crush at her in secret.

Basically this story is about the character's development towards each other. As a mini spoiler, Hecate also will made a special appearance, but I won't tell you how =p Yoshida and Shana rivalry is annoying as always >_< The first-half of the story are filled with drama. But the fight scenes are cool and very interesting to watch =) Overall i can give it a 7/10 as the Shana vs Yoshida stuff really turns me off >_> Hope you will enjoy watching =)

I won the 2 Free Tickets to Hancock, But Had to Let It Go =(

Yeah, i managed to won the 2 free tickets from Nuffnang which entitled me to watch a new incoming movie Hancock by Will Smith next week at The Curve, Damansara =) I got my surprise email when i was getting jealous with one of the Nuffnager whom announced he also won the free tickets xD But a few hours after reading his blog, finally i got my email (i was about in despair for not to be choosen =p) and open it as soon as possible x)

It is all thanks to my crazy-random-post about Not Your Average Superhero when i read about it in the Nuffnang blog right after they posted it =)

But too bad, my girlfriend unable to attend the movie due to her work requires her to wake up very early in the morning. I tried to ask some of my friends but no avail as it is on the weekdays (i know who to blame >_>) I have no choice but to let it go to someone else =(

So i wrote back to Robb for my tickets cancellation.

I hope those who got my tickets, hope you guys will enjoy the movie =)

Yes, once again the Malaysian politic turns into.... another stupid crisis. Yet once again, some people trying to come up with a conspiracy, same old conspiracy, buttsex =/

This time the PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim facing another case where this guy claimed that Anwar sodomized aka buttsex him. I know this sound stupid but, why don't you the conspirator think of something else that is more convincing >_< I know they are afraid that Anwar might succeed on the government-takeover rumors, but to act until like this, this is going to far :-@

The logic is, why now? WHy don't just made a report ever since before the election? Ok if it happened after that, then why this guy didn't resist at all when he was about to get the "joy" of his life ever? >_> From the pic (u can find it in malaysian today), this guy seems quite tough. Plus it is not a gang-rape o_o Another thing that made it suspicious that this guy came as a volunteer during the previous election (a move to gain trust eh <_<). This guy also somehow is connected to the current Deputy Prime Minister's right man. So do you smell anything now? >_>

Well, now with little less information, i will see how this plot will thickens later. Will Anwar fall to this conspiracy? or Will Najib (Deputy PM) will gain the position as the Prime Minister since Badakwi can't control the crowd anymore? (this is still a rumor). Only time will tell o_o

Darn... My Sis Finally Did It >_<

Finally... after a countless of advice and warnings.... my sis finally damaged my dad's Nissan Sentra >_< She was overconfident, saying that she likes the Sentra more better than my mum's Iswara, although the Sentra is bigger and very hard to turn -_- The fact that the way she handles the steering is slow and she sometimes messed up with the gas pedal and the clutch pedal timing (she revved the engine til 3k - 4k RPM and the clutch still not engaged -_-)

The accident happened when she wants to park the car inside house. Upon coming in, she didn't realize the left side was very close to the gate and tada~ hit the gate's joint x_x After this, i'm not gonna ride with her, high risk of getting heart attack >_> If she gonna buy a car (she dreams on buying Proton Savvy >_>), i so gonna tell her to get an Auto transmission, so both her hands at the steering and no need to think about the clutch >_<

This made me recall a scene last two weeks when both her and I went to Seremban. We are on the way back while she was driving. It was a traffic light at a slope. Upon green, she tried to move but the car slide backwards! and at our back, it was a BMW!!! @__@ She slides a few time and i desperately holding the handbrake. If i didn't, at least RM3000 need to spend to replace the BMW's front bumper that was sitting at the back of our car -_-'

Lesson of the day, don't let rookies feel overconfident with their driving -_-
